Staying at the hotel felt like becoming part of it's rich history. It is a stunning place, a beautiful building with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend staying.

Hotel mit Stil und Kunst, Zimmer geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet.
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen für ÖV. Zimmer mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Grosse Sonnenterrasse nur für Gäste. Erstklassiges Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kunst ist überall im Haus präsent.

Cons:

Frühstück ist verbesserungsfähig. Recht gut -aber einfach.

Pros:

Die Lage in Heiden ist sehr zentral. Das historische Haus ist sehr stilvoll restauriert und hat wunderschöne Elemente aus früheren Zeiten. Sowohl Personal als auch Frühstück waren perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Pros:

This is my preferred hotel in the region. We have been back for 3 times; Lars, the property manager is super and kind and he always tries to accommodate our wishes. Restoration of a historic building has been top - excellent quality.

Pros:

Kontrast von historischer Bausubstanz vereint mit geschmackvoller dezenter und modernen Architektur. Für eine Nacht habe ich ein schönes Zimmer zur Alleinnutzung gehabt und konnte am zweiten Tag als meine Frau dazu gestossen ist unkompliziert auf ein grösseres Doppelzimmer wechseln.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
