Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame medewerkers. Gastvrouw maria Anne deed erg haar best samen met haar collega om het iedereen naar de zin te maken tijdens het ontbijt en het heerlijke avondeten.
Wij komen zeker terug als we naar Ischgl gaan.

Outstanding family run hotel: we visited for a skiing trip and found the location to be excellent for the A2 lift. Very comfortable room in excellent condition. Superb kitchen with imaginative dinner options every night. Friendly and attentive team. We are already planning a return trip.
Staying at this small family run hotel far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the dining experience was wonderful as indeed was the friendliness of the staff, in particular Rebecca and Marianne. The chef Martin provided some of the best meals we have had in any hotel.
The location of the hotel is 8 minutes walk from the main town are but less than 5 mins from the main ski lifts.
Each day we took a walk through the Dorf Tunnel into town for some apres ski before heading back to the comfort of our hotel for a wonderful dinner.
This hotel is described as the smallest 4* hotel in Ischgl. It was an add on of a few extra days from an existing trip nearby and our expectations were not very high, we were just grateful to get a room. However we were blown away by the staff, the chef, and the location.
The food at this hotel was some of the best we have experienced and far beyond our expectations. We do not normally go for half board , preferring to find restaurants in the local area but we found ourselves looking forward to dinner each evening because of the food quality.
The main ski lift is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel if you exit via the lower level garage door. We booked a locker at the ski lift but it was probably unnecessary .

The hotel is well located for skiing. The accommodation comfortable and spacious. The staff is welcoming and helpful at all times. Half pension is exception from the service to the meal preparation.
Room Size of the Standard De Luxe was indicated with 18 - 23m2 > in reality our room had - including bathroom only 15m2!! That's not fair and not correctly indicated on the homepage!

Great selection for breakfast
Lovely small hotel perfect for ski ing, located near the lifts but away from the OTT apres scene of the town centre! Highlight was the food - amazing. The first two nights were negative for me as I stayed in a small double room on the first floor which seemed to have the vibration and noise of a lift or some kind of machinery from a neighbouring hotel, which kept me awake all night as it happened every ten or 20 minutes! I was on the verge of complaining (the hotel was full so not sure much could have been done) then it stopped and didn’t happen again, thank goodness! Hotel was very clean, bed was comfy, boot room and sauna all as required. A jacuzzi in the sauna área would have been perfection as the rooms had showers not baths. All in all a lovely hotel and food definitely was the highlight, and location.
Excellent food, great location for skiing Ischgl , beautiful rooms and extremely friendly staff ( mostly family run) - wisp definitely go back!
