The staff was excellent. They were so kind and offered great hospitality. I have extensive experience in Greek hospitality, and that was another example confirming that.
The water issue should be resolved. The hotel cannot do anything about the pipelines and the city's plumbing, but they can offer more free water to guests. Instead, they offer one free small bottle and an expensive second bottle.

Lokacija hotela je u centralnoj gradskoj zoni. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i spremno da pomogne. Hotel je svojevremeno bio odličan sa kvalitetnim nameštajem ali je poprilićno ocvao što nam nije smetalo da nena drugih mana.
Rezervisali smo dvokrevetnu sobu sa balkonom ali smo dobili neku veoma čudnu sobu sa baldahinima i izlazom na krovnu terasu. Izlaz je bio blokiran nameštajem pa smo morali da ispomeramo sve da pristupimo terasi. Nisam želela bizarne baldahine, jezivi su. Krevet je bio jako tvrd i neudoban. Doručak je skroman. Parking jeste besplatan ali je veća verovatnoća da nema mesta od suprotnog.

The location is excellent. In the shopping centre. The staff were friendly.
The hotel quality is standard amd the room and beds were ok for the value for money. But could be renewed.
Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, καθώς και η θετική ανταπόκριση του ξενοδοχείου επί αιτήματος μου - αν και εν τέλει δεν απαιτήθηκε - περί παραμονής μιας ώρας μετά το πέρας του check out, , εφόσον η διαθεσιμότητα των δωματίων το επιτρέπει.

Location is great, the city itself is really nice and the hotel is very central. The staff stood out as very welcoming and flexible, got to use the parking beyond my stay and i was a bit slow on checkout without any complaints. Clean and pretty comfy
It is an older hotel so some parts of the room was less nice. Bed was large but not very comfortable, and no mosquito net so i ended up using the aircon while sleeping which felt unnecessary and a bit loud and windy
It has a very rustic environment. The room we had was spacious and especially the bed. For 3 persons 😁😁.. breakfast was plenty and the staff very polite. It’s situated very centrally which is convenient. For the current season , quite good value for money.
