1.入住時間跟剛開始表示的不一樣 原本是4點可以入房 結果5:15才入房 櫃檯說可以讓我們晚一個小時退房 原本11點退 可以讓我們12點再退 結果隔天11.就打電話來催我們退房
2.一進去房間煙味很重
3.衛生也沒有到很乾淨
4.價錢與品質不符
