性價比低，覺得不符期待

Cons:

原本看到店家認真回覆，以為負評的問題已經解決，但還是遇到。這次入住302，大概遇到幾個問題：
1. 進房間有很重的霉味，浴室跟房間都是，應該是老問題了但似乎沒處理
2. 床坐上去或翻身都發出咔咔咔的聲響
3. 設備老舊，比如像一些換氣乾燥的操作系統都不靈敏
4. 浴缸內的止滑墊嚴重發霉
5. 壁癌和管線外露
6. 隔音差，基本上路上的車聲都聽得很清楚
這次入住四天，一天平均房價為2300左右，以這個價位我認為要求沒有霉味跟發霉，以及床不發出聲音應該都算合理要求，希望店家會認真處理這些問題，因為以地點而言算方便，但住客的感受卻不佳
