Unfortunately, our stay at Fiesta Beach Djerba was a big disappointment. The hotel may look nice at first glance, but once you take a closer look, there are quite a few problems, especially when it comes to cleanliness and the condition of the rooms.
Our room was poorly cleaned, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. The air conditioning was practically useless – either it didn’t work at all or it cooled the room so poorly that it was simply too hot.
The bathroom was another major issue. Water was leaking from the shower and flooding the entire bathroom floor. After every shower, the whole bathroom was basically covered in water. This is a very basic issue that should be fixed by the hotel.
The food was also very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, and there was practically no fresh fruit available. For a holiday resort in this location, we expected much more variety and better quality.
The staff also didn’t make a good impression. Instead of making guests feel welcome, we often encountered unfriendly attitudes and unpleasant looks.
Another major downside was the constant loud music around the pool. Music was playing practically all the time and at a very high volume, making it almost impossible to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this can become really frustrating.
The only real positives were the beach and the warm sea.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not return. Perhaps our experience was particularly unlucky, but with so many basic issues regarding cleanliness, air conditioning, the bathroom, food, staff and the constant noise, it is very difficult to give this hotel a positive review.
A week into holiday now and must say to start the entertainment team are fantastic (never a dull moment) bags of energy all day from them. Hotel room very clean food also very nice never had an issue finding something to eat.
I've been to this hotel twice and I like it very much. Personel very fine, lovely.

Animation is really good. Always have things to do. Always gets you up doing things. Great atmosphere at night too.
It is a very good place a lot too do very fun the food is very tasty and drinks are very nice the staff are very friendly.
Having a great time here! Beautiful place and right on a private beach. We’ve been made to feel very welcome by the superb animation team and enjoying the delicious food and drinks! The party night was also excellent!

L’absence de table à l’extérieur pour le petit déjeuner (les touristes devaient mettre leurs tables, couverts, serviettes…)
Les animateurs non impliqués qui se cachaient pour fumer et utiliser leur téléphone. Un animateur proposait meme d’écrire un commentaire à poster.
La présence de cafards et l’obligation de changer de chambre pour cause d’odeur nauséabonde
Pas de digestif et pas d’alcool au bar de plage, pas normal pour un all inclusive

Professionnalisme au niveau de la réception.
Multiples problèmes de coupures d'électricité et d'eau qui ont plus que dégradé les conditions du séjour.
Ampio villaggio, cibo internazionale e molto buono con vasta scelta al buffet, piscina molto bella, camera spaziosa e pulita. Spiaggia anche bella grande con solo servizio drink, per gli snack bisogna andare in piscina. Personale del ristorante cordiale
La spiaggia era sporca perché la gente del posto faceva per turismo passeggiare i dromedari e i cavalli a riva ma spesso lasciavano sorprese poco gradite e nessuno le raccoglieva. Era diventato un campo minato! Capisco che non riguarda lo sporco non è causato dallo staff dell’albergo ma visto che la spiaggia è privata ogni tanto buttiamo un’occhiata!
Lo staff cordiale, i ragazzi della animazione dovrebbero includere tutti ma non era così, la musica la tenevano sotto il ristorante per circa un’ora e mezza un piccolo piazzale e poi spegnevano tutto riprendendo sul tardi in spiaggia con la musica, ma l’attesa era troppa. Meglio fare una cosa continuativa.
Danno due tessere per utilizzare servizi come Ping pong, scacchi ( giochi) ma durante la giornata per esempio il tavolo da Ping pong si trova sotto il sole. Io e il mio compagno volevamo utilizzare le tessere di sera per fare una partita a Ping pong proprio per stare freschi. I signori al gazebo ci hanno detto che non era possibile utilizzare le tessere alla sera.
La sera prima avevamo visto un gruppo però giocare sempre verso le 21 al tavolo da Ping pong.
Quando gliel’ho detto, ha detto che non è possibile usare le tessere a quell’ora.
