Cons:

Salteau și pernele foarte tari, pe balcon nu este masă, scaune și gălăgie foarte tare de la șosea, nu este antifonat deloc, nu am primit voucher la Aqua Park Prezident pe motiv ca nu au mai primit de nu știu când deși în camere și pe booking scrie ca hotelul oferă așa ceva

scarsa professionalità dovuta alla direzione che non ha cultura nella fidelizzazione della clientela

l'hotel ha camere discrete e la struttura niente male. letti confortevoli e toilette ok....

Cons:

il pagamento anticipato nonostante la garanzia booking per cui ad ogni consumazione bisoga pagare subito senza fare il conto unico segno che la direzione non capisce le esigenze dei viaggiatori .Tengo a precisare che sin da quando è stato costruito io sono un cliente ricorrente ma per il continuo turnover di impiegati probabilmente la proprietà non tiene conto di questo e non consente loro di fidelizzare iclienti .Probabilmente questa sarà l'ultima volta che vi pernotterò.
