Affordable rates, but a damaged mattress in a premium room and Manager Brooke’s rude handling of the situation ruined th

Cons:

The premium room’s damaged mattress caused body aches for several days. Before deciding whether to renew my stay, I made four attempts in one day to have the mattress replaced, each time being told to check back later because maintenance would stop by. At 6 p.m., after my fourth follow-up, I was informed the maintenance technician had already left for the day and there was no guarantee when, if at all, the issue would be resolved the next day. When I asked to transfer to a standard room instead of renewing the premium room with the damaged mattress, Manager Brooke refused to renew my stay and told me I had to vacate the property. Later, when I returned to ask about the check-in overcharges that had still not been refunded as promised, she shut and locked the office door as I approached and dismissed me with a wave through the glass instead of addressing my questions.

Pros:

I appreciate it all. I may seem a little too pleased with my stay here but, I have been very ill and I finally found peace and quiet. Respect and curiosity here. I am a little better now and I hope to stay a little while longer.

Pros:

The lady that runs the office is very rude. Some of the other workers are liars and she believes them. Didnt refund my money. Come in your room at anytime.

Pros:

Very clean room, they even changed Air Conditioning Filters during my stay. Staff is friendly, there's a nice, well maintained field for kids/dogs to play in
