Pros:

Skvělý hotel a neuvěřitelně milý personál!
Chtěli bychom zvlášť vyzdvihnout přístup zaměstnanců – byli velmi pozorní, ochotní a vždy připraveni pomoci. Pomohli nám se zavazadly, což bylo opravdu velmi příjemné. Také jsme požádali o přípravu snídaně dříve než obvykle a personál nám bez problémů vyšel vstříc – snídani připravili a dokonce nám ji přinesli přímo na pokoj.

Velmi si vážíme tak skvělého servisu a péče o hosty. Byli jsme s pobytem nadmíru spokojeni a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme!

Das Frühstück ist viel zu umständlich und geht sehr lange bis die Speisen serviert werden. Uns wurde um 7:30 Uhr Frühstück versprochen, um 7:50 Uhr hatten wir erst einen Kaffee etwas Wasser und einen Orangensaft. Die Damen in der Küche waren absolut nicht vorbereitet….

Pros:

Friendly and welcoming service in the hotel and the cafe. Although check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, we received a text informing us that we could check in earlier that day. Additionally, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. Both the room and bathroom were sparkling clean. Very good location (but uphill!) within walking distance of the main landmarks. We had a short but very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the old building charm and furnishings. Cafe was wonderful for coffee and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful customer service.

Excellent service, warm hospitality, and a team that truly cares.
Pros:

This was my second stay at Nerudova 211, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The reception is superb, and every member of the team is exceptionally warm, helpful, and accommodating.

We were especially grateful to be granted a late check out, as our flight was not until the evening. That thoughtful gesture made our final day in Prague so much more comfortable and stress free.

A heartfelt thank you to Jan, Aneta, and Nhung for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. Their professionalism and genuine care are what make this hotel such a pleasure to return to. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Nerudova 211 to anyone visiting Prague.

Everything! Beautiful room, amazing staff, great location. Exceeded all expectations!

Cons:

Didn't realize there wasn't any air conditioning. Fortunately it wasn't too hot and we were given a fan which helped with open windows and a breeze from there as well.

Außergewöhnliches, traumhaftes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt!
Pros:

Alles war einfach perfekt! Ein sehr aussergewöhnliches Hotel, das Personal ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer wunderschön und sauber, beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei und es ist toll angerichtet und schmeckt fantastisch! So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, man merkt dass die Eigentümer und das Personal mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft dabei sind! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
