Beautiful boutique historic hotel in great area with nice cafe and wonderful staff! Very walkable to most sites, but out of the chaos of the old town. Highly recommend this special hotel!

Amazing hotel - I cannot say enough good words about it.
Service - amazing team on reception (special thanks to Paola) and in the restaurant.
Breakfast - healthy, great choice and being served by lunch time!
Room - spacious, beautiful, comfortable.
Clean, big windows, perfect location away from noice and city buzz.
The only nuance - no air conditioning but room service brought be huge fan and it was pleasant in the room.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hotel Nerudova. We stayed at many different hotels traveling around the Czech Republic, and this was our favorite. The next time we visit, we will definitely stay here again.
- The hotel is located centrally, so many activities and sites were within walking distance. The building and decor were charming. The attached cafe is lovely, and the food is delicious.
- Check-in was seamless, and the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly.
- The room itself was wonderful. We had a cozy and comfortable seating room, and the bedroom was beautifully decorated.
- The whole place was pristinely clean. It was clear a lot of attention has been paid to making guests comfortable.
- Hotel Nerudova went above and beyond with added extras like fresh fruit and complementary waters in the room, a welcome drink upon arrival, plenty of toiletry items, an iron and ironing board and more.

Beautiful historic property (renovated in 2022) with caring and attentive staff. I loved everything about this dreamy property! The cafe is stunning and the food and drinks are delicious. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone visiting Prague.

We stayed here for a few days in Prague in May and everything was excellent from the historic room to the location to the cafe. The staff and service was exceptional.

Absolutely exceptional! Every detail was handled with meticulous care. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was generous and delicious. But the best part was the staff. Jan’s assistance with every aspect of our visit to Prague was invaluable and far beyond what one would expect from a hotel. This is a MUST stay here property. Ein wundervolles Boutique-Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal und charmanten Zimmern, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Prag versprechen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage am Fusse der Prager Burg ist wunderschön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Hotel 211 Nerudova in Prague Mala Strana neighborhood was possibly the best hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels at various price points. The property is historic and beautifully renovated. The cafe had the most delicious breakfast, and they were very kind and accommodating about my gluten allergy. The front desk staff did absolutely everything to make sure my stay was comfortable, from the luggage delivery, various recommendations for sights and restaurants, to stowing bags on the day of departure. Always with kindness and a smile. There is no AC, but the windows help a lot and there are fans available. The hotel is in a perfect walkable location to many main sites in Prague, and Mala Strana became my favorite part of the city to wonder around. Thank you for a great stay, will miss your hotel and the beautiful city of Praha.
