Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel which was perfectly located near the castle, Charles Bridge, and restaurants. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Everything was just immaculate.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with tasteful interior design and a wonderful atmosphere. It is perfectly located in the center, yet on a quiet street, which made the stay especially comfortable. The café downstairs is excellent, and the staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming throughout the entire visit. I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Increíble experiencia. La habitación es grande y espaciosa (viajábamos con un bebé de 1 año) y su atención al detalle en todo es simplemente increíble. Repetiríamos infinitas veces. El personal tanto del restaurante como de la recepción increíble y el desayuno espectacular. Te hacen sentir realmente como en casa y te ayudan en absolutamente todo.

We gaan zeker terug komen, maar niet in hartje zomer.
Pros:

Lekkere ruime kamer. Helaas kun je alleen in het bad douchen en zit er geen airco in de kamer. Het cafe/ontbijt en de lunch gelegenheid beneden maakt alles weer goed. Heerlijke plek om de dag te beginnen.

Pros:

Harika bir hotel. Tüm turistik noktalara yürüyüş mesafesinde olduğu için her yeri kolaylıkla gezebildik. Ayrıca odamız çok temiz ve konforluydu. Odamızdaki meyve tabağı ve cafede hoşgeldin içkisi ikramı çok hoştu. Ayrıca cafe bölümünde kahvaltı yaptık ve çok lezzetliydi.( türkish eggs)Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Valizlerimizi emanet olarak tutmaları da gezerken büyük kolaylık sağladı. Çok memnun kaldık. Prag'a tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle yine bu otelde kalacağım.

Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakich byłam. Lokalizacja świetna. Sam hotel bardzo klimatyczny. Przestronne, przytulne pokoje z małym aneksem kuchennym. Niezwykle uprzejma obsługa. Wart swojej ceny.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Buitengewoon vriendelijk. We waren te vroeg met inchecken en de door ons geboekte kamer was nog niet beschikbaar, en tijdens het gratis welkomstdrankje kwam de receptionist ons vertellen dat we een upgrade kregen want die kamer was al wel beschikbaar. Geweldig! En de bedden zijn hemels!

I’m already counting down the days until my return.

The property is nothing short of spectacular. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, and its location is perfect, tucked away in a stunning area where everything is within walking distance. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff are the heartbeat of this place; they are incredibly kind and consistently go above and beyond. Plus, having a top-tier cafe and restaurant right on-site with delicious food and coffee was the cherry on top.

Cons:

Honestly, I cannot find a single fault. There isn't a thing I would change or improve about this special place. The only downside was having to check out!
