amazing view, Alexis was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The reception claimed theire is a hotel policy to prepay in advance the whole amount of our stay. I made part of my reservation through booking and everything went fine without having to prepay.
Still felt under pressure as a client and found this policy absurd.

Comfort and adventure combined
Pros:

Clearly the best accommodation of the region if you want to make adventurous mountain activities (hiking, rafting, etc) combined with the comfort of a luxurious spa and an amazing restaurant. Super polite and friendly staff!! We loved everything during our stay in this top location!
