Schöne Lage der Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber, super Service, sehr nettes und familienfreundliches Personal und hervorragendes Essen (wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen)!

Cons:

Der Herd (altersbedingt) und die Steckdosen in unserem Apartment waren leider nicht ganz kindersicher, was für uns aber kein großes Problem war. Schutzkappen für die Steckdosen kann man natürlich mitbringen, falls es auf Anfrage vor Ort keine geben sollte...

Apartment sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Nette Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Seht gutes Frühstück, Produkte aus der Region. Abendessen war sehr gut. Zimmer sauber. Prinzipiell freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Apartment ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr dunkle Ausstattung. Wohlfühlfaktor war nicht sehr berauschend.
Service beim Frühstücksbuffet war etwas enttäuschend. Wir mussten selber zum Kellner oder zur Kellnerin und um Kaffee bitten. Kaffeekanne wurde dann wieder mitgenommen und blieb nicht am Tisch stehen. Beim Koch konnten wir beispielsweise keine Eierspeisen bestellen, weil dafür die Kellner verantwortlich sind. Anstrengend wenn man nachlaufen muss. Als wir dann doch Ham&Eggs bestellten (wir verstehen eigentlich Ei mit Speck), bekamen wir mit das der Koch bei der Kellnerin nachfragte 'also mit Schinken?", die Kellnerin sagte einfach ja zum Koch. Vorher wurde nicht nachgefragt. Wir bekamen den Eindruck, das die Kommunikation unter dem Personal nicht optimal läuft.

Die etwas längere Anfahrt ins Skigebiet (ca.30 Min.) haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, I can only recommend it to everyone! Beautiful room and view, perfect indoor pool, super friendly staff and fine dining cuisine.. it all made our stay unforgettable!
