Pros:

L'albergo è davvero centrale a tutto, noi ci siamo trovati così bene che ci siamo pentiti di non aver prenotato due settimane invece che una. I letti comodissimi, cibo buonissimo, e personale gentilissimo, i bimbi hanno voluto anche la foto ricordo con Daniel.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che mi ha dato fastidio le prime sere, avendo le finestre verso la strada, il rumore da fuori, delle macchine, non ero abituata, ma dopo le camminate che mi sono fatta in montagna, crollavo sul cuscino e non sentivo più niente.

Het verblijf was fantastisch, zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Locatie is goed, in centrum gelegen. Ontbijt is erg goed en divers. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons veel nuttige informatie over de vele uitstapjes die er in de buurt te doen waren.

Van zodra je binnenkomt in het hotel voel je je welkom. Wij hebben 10 dagen genoten van het lekkere eten (met lekkere vegetarische keuze), de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en eigenaars en de mooie omgeving. Elke dag kregen we tips voor leuke uitstapjes en geen enkele vraag was teveel. Voordeel is ook de gastenkaart van Gerlos zodat we gratis de liftjes in het dorp konden gebruiken. Een absolute aanrader!

Tolles Hotel

Ein toller Gastgeber,alle sehr freundlich vom Chef und Chefin bis zum Personal ..würde sofort wieder hinfahren.Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Personal und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und freundlich....auch kleinere Wünsche wurden erfüllt....wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un soggiorno eccezionale. Eccezionale la colazione, ricca e sempre fornita; di ottimo livello la cucina con piatti ricercati e preparati con gusto. Piscina e wellness ottimi. Proprietari cordiali e pronti ad accogliere come in famiglia.
Una menzione particolare per lo staff: simpatia, disponibilità e attenzione come raramente si trova. Consigliatissimo.
