Van zodra je binnenkomt in het hotel voel je je welkom. Wij hebben 10 dagen genoten van het lekkere eten (met lekkere vegetarische keuze), de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en eigenaars en de mooie omgeving. Elke dag kregen we tips voor leuke uitstapjes en geen enkele vraag was teveel. Voordeel is ook de gastenkaart van Gerlos zodat we gratis de liftjes in het dorp konden gebruiken. Een absolute aanrader!
Ein toller Gastgeber,alle sehr freundlich vom Chef und Chefin bis zum Personal ..würde sofort wieder hinfahren.Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Da gibts nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Personal und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und freundlich....auch kleinere Wünsche wurden erfüllt....wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un soggiorno eccezionale. Eccezionale la colazione, ricca e sempre fornita; di ottimo livello la cucina con piatti ricercati e preparati con gusto. Piscina e wellness ottimi. Proprietari cordiali e pronti ad accogliere come in famiglia.
Una menzione particolare per lo staff: simpatia, disponibilità e attenzione come raramente si trova. Consigliatissimo.

Het was een perfecte locatie precies centraal van alles, mooie kamers en vriendelijke mensen
Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum, vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter
De medewerkers waren zo vriendelijk. Waar vind je nog zulke aardige hardwerkende gastvriendelijke mensen?
Raňajky boli výborné
Veľkosť izby nebola v zhode s deklarovanou výmerou . Po rozložení prístelky sa nemáte kam pohnúť - všetko je zapratané...Ak by izba mala 32 až 36 m2, bolo by to v poriadku, ale bola menšia, čo malo vplyv na komfort pobytu. Bazén na konci pobytu nemal čistú vodu - asi zlyhala filtrácia...
