Cons:

Veľkosť izby nebola v zhode s deklarovanou výmerou . Po rozložení prístelky sa nemáte kam pohnúť - všetko je zapratané...Ak by izba mala 32 až 36 m2, bolo by to v poriadku, ale bola menšia, čo malo vplyv na komfort pobytu. Bazén na konci pobytu nemal čistú vodu - asi zlyhala filtrácia...

Super Hotel op een Top locatie!
Pros:

Top hotel op een fantastische locatie in hartje centrum van Gerlos. Wij hadden logies/ontbijt geboekt en het ontbijt is echt super! Vanuit de skikelder van het hotel is het 500 meter lopen naar de dorfbahn lift. Ik had per ongeluk mijn skibroek op het balkon laten hangen en kreeg op de terugweg gelijk een mailtje dat ze hem na zullen sturen, topservice!
