La ubicación, amabilidad y la relación precio servicio.

Cons:

Los zancudos. Si bien habían muchos, el personal del hotel entregó todo para que la noche fuera placentera.

Cons:

They asked us to transfer money online and during checkout mentioned that they havn't received it and asked us to pay by cash. After an arguement, we still had to pay by cash. The bank confirmed that the money was deposited to the hotel and they haven't returned the online payment. This hotel has serious safety issue and do not recommend.

The worst hotel experience of my life
Cons:

Upon my arrival they notified me they refused to accept credit cards (despite no advisory of this on their website).
They rarely spoke to me, preferring to use my friend, saying the owner would come downstairs and they would message me to resolve their only accepting cash; neither of which happened, despite my lengthy and patient waiting.
They cancelled my reservation without first assuring I had somewhere else to go - fortunately the hotel around the corner was open, of better quality, and much more welcoming and truthful staff.
