Good location
I booked the cheapest room which is down the cliff. It was a very dark room with a small window and little air circulation.

There were facilities to use which weren't communicated, treated like a 2nd class citizen in Colombia when you've little Spanish. Mgt were rude.
Amazing location on the edge of town with great views across the valley but only 5 minute walk to the plaza. Loved the animals and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Stayed with family if 4 in a double room and the grandparents in the adjacent room.

We love that it is away from the main plaza…by about a 5 minute walk….We overlook the river and the Mountains. It is Very quiet and Tranquil here. The management is always available and happy to help in any way.
It is great that they offer breakfast. We are in a world renown coffee region and the coffee is terrible and served in something that resembles a soup bowl. The breakfast options were few, basic and not great.
Located just out of town, quite, but a easy walk to town. Breakfast was tasty. The view was amazing. Close walk to the river . Enjoyed the farm. One of the best places I've ever stayed by far the best is Columbia so far.
Nothing
The room was very noisy, no sound proofing between the rooms, we could clearly hear the couple next door talking and also on the other side could hear their TV.
Only one light in the room made it very hard to do anything when it got dark.
“Toiletries” was two bars of soap.
Cold shower.
Very much overpriced for what we got.

Kids loved the petting farm, and hike to river. Neat property. Close to town center.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, even if we didn’t speak the same language.
The location is perfect, just on the edge of town.
It’s very quiet and you can truly unwind.

The room was quite warm at night - a fan would be a nice addition :)
