Comfortable room just a minute away from a ski bus stop, also walkable to the lift and bars/shops in the center (about 10 minutes). The value for money is great and the hosts had beer, wine, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Easy free parking next to the building.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze studio in Kaprun.
De studio ligt in het dorp met veel voorzieningen op loopafstand. Voor ons was dat ideaal, de skischool/piste voor onze zoon is dichtbij en er zijn meerdere restaurants en winkels in de directe omgeving.

De studio was voor ons, twee volwassenen en een kind, meer dan prima en sloot goed aan bij onze verwachtingen voor een wintersportverblijf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en het is een fijne uitvalsbasis na een dag in de sneeuw.

De eigenaren zijn enorm aardig en gastvrij. We kregen bij aankomst duidelijke en uitgebreide informatie, wat erg prettig was. Ook de leuke verrassing bij aankomst, het flesje wijn en de kleinigheidjes hebben we erg gewaardeerd.

Wij kunnen ons eerlijk gezegd niet vinden in sommige eerdere recensies. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft meer dan goed. Natuurlijk kun je altijd iets vinden om over te klagen als je dat wilt, maar wie absolute perfectie zoekt, moet een vijfsterrenhotel boeken 😉

Voor ons was dit verblijf precies wat we zochten en we komen hier graag nog eens terug.

The view from the balcony is great - you get the look on the mountains, slope and a ski lift!
The apartment has bath, not shower - I expected it would have not only signs of use but at least some signs of mold, as I experienced everywhere before, BUT for my surprise - there were no mold signs and very minor signs of use, very well maintained bath!
The toilet seat should be a little bit adjusted, but it doesn't influence on comfort.
The apartment has warm floor and in addition 2m long heating battery alomg the window - we used it only between "snowflake" and "1" mode, having less than -10 degrees outside.
The apartment has renowated furniture, much more then enough cookware, the only missing thing in the kitchen - kitchen hood.
The host is very friendly, responsive, responds quickly and efficiently to all comments. After our ask to checkin earlier - he let us do that before 11AM!
He really tries to make the stay in his apartment comfortable and pleasant.
In 5 minutes walk there is school ski lift, plenty ski-schools' locations, in 15 minutes - there is another ski lift, as well as supermarkets and city center, bars, restaurants are in 10-12 minutes walk.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir merken uns diese Unterkunft für den nächsten Urlaub in Kaprun (die Lage der Wohnung ist echt gut, man ist zu Fuß schnell beim Skibus, im Sportgeschäft etc).
Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber (& da achten wir sehr drauf) es gibt viel Stauraum (Schränke usw), die Sitzecke ist bequem, das Bett auch und nach dem Lesen der schlechten Bewertungen waren wir bei Ankunft sehr positiv überrascht! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Klodeckel ist übrigens NICHT mehr mit Panzertape befestigt, das Problem wurde viel besser gelöst ;)
Erwarten könnt ihr hier eine saubere Wohnung, in der es alles gibt, was man braucht und in der man sich wohlfühlen kann. Dass man sich hier nicht in ein 5 Sterne Hotel einmietet, sollte doch jedem klar sein? Wir verstehen die Negativbewertungen nicht!

Good value apartment, close to Kaprun centre, 10min drive to Kitzsteinhorn glacier, apartment had everything required, good kitchen, nice views from window/balcony.

perfect little studio with all the amenities you need, very close to town and ski lifts with a bus stop less than 5 minutes away too
