The room was very clean and communication via WhatsApp was good. Since it was located in a residential building, it's a little hard to find. I arrived in the evening and the staff came out to welcome me. Breakfast was basic but good. Location is super, I walked everywhere and could explore, very safe area with interesting shops and most importantly supermarkets. Going to the airport was also no problem, CNG for around 400 taka. The balcony with mosquito net was cool.
The room was quite small, I stayed there alone but still had nowhere to put my luggage, asked for a second chair and it was much better. Also the water pressure of the hot water was not enough, but it was not a problem for me, I used a bucket to mix cold and hot water.
From the first step inside, this hotel revealed itself not as a place to stay, but as a quiet sanctuary built of human kindness. Stone and glass may form its body, yet its soul lives unmistakably in the people who move through its halls—gentle voices, attentive eyes, and a generosity that flows without announcement or expectation.
Here, help does not wait to be summoned. It arrives softly, almost intuitively. A CNG reservation, arranged as if smoothing a wrinkle from the fabric of the journey. Restaurant ideas offered not as suggestions, but as thoughtful gifts, shaped by care and local wisdom. Each interaction felt less like a transaction and more like a shared moment of understanding between travelers of the same road.
What lingers most is the sense of being quietly accompanied. At no point did I feel alone in the practicalities of travel; unseen hands seemed to steady the path, ensuring that small uncertainties never grew heavy. This hotel does not merely host its guests—it carries them, gently and deliberately, from one day to the next. Long after departure, its presence remains, like a low, reassuring light remembered in the distance.
Decent
Very clean, large room and bathroom in a modern building on a quiet street. Good AC and the TV even had international channels. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Communication before arrival on WhatsApp was very efficient and they helped us organise a driver. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. We walked from the hotel into the city centre very easily, solo female would also be able to do so. Highly recommend staying here!
The shower was too hot at times and hard to regulate for the right temperature, but not a major problem.
Just a bed
When I reached to the property I give a call to the provided number they received from Dhaka branch but I booked room in sylhet. There’s nothing described where to go where is the reception I had to waite outside for long. The guy who working in the reception he said gate will be open 24 hours. When I came back at 11 pm the main gate was locked. The care taker has and I said I book room but he don’t wanna open a gate. Lift was shut at 11 pm. Room has no towels for bath I had ask for it. And I got used towels which is I clearly feel smells. Then I didn’t take shower. Very unprofessional and disappointed
Great stay here with my friend whilst visiting sylhet.
The rooms are actually impressively clean,
very quiet and come with a super comfortable bed.
I would say great value for money. The hotel is within walking distance to many conveniences.
The young hotel manager was great and always helped us where needed , a big thank you to him for everything.
Good service by Rajeon. Very quiet residential area
Location was very nice and quiet area and overall was good everything
Mosquito bites
Hridoy was a very nice man, he was hospitable, kind and a great host, breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, room was clean, comfortable bed, quiet, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Hridoy
Nothing
The property is not worth the price. The room was very small, the air conditioner leaked water, and the walls were damp. The only positive was the staff’s behavior, which was decent. Overall, considering the condition and service, the place would only be worth staying at if the price were about 40% lower.

Nothing
The room, the bed, the decorations, the staff.
In my opinion, the rent could be less. There are other hotels available which offer the same facilities and amenities, but cheaper. This hotel offers different rooms in the same apartment for different guests, so I felt a little uncomfortable regarding privacy. Also, the room we stayed in did not have a balcony, a key feature they mentioned for their rooms. I am not saying this hotel is bad. I just expected a little more for the price I paid.
Great place in Sylhet, really enjoyed my stay here. Located in a residential area so nice and quiet. The room definitely had a 5 star feel to it and was very clean. You're about a 30min walk or a very cheap rickshaw ride to the main shopping/city centre. A fresh breakfast is provided at whatever time you choose and the man working there knows how to get to all the places of interest. It is around a 20min journey from the airport and around 15min from the bus/train station. Would easily recommend this place to anyone (foreign or local) visiting Sylhet.
Not sure if this is possible as it is located in a residential building, but maybe an ouside sign could be useful. Especially if arriving late.
