Exceptional Stay at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.
A special mention must go to Razun and Ashraf Brother, whose exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They were incredibly friendly, cooperative, attentive, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything—whether it was assistance, information, or any other service—they were there with a warm attitude and genuine willingness to help. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out.
The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, eye-catching, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious, satisfying, and offered a great start to the morning.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre. The combination of a comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Razun and Ashraf made our stay genuinely enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sylhet! We would definitely love to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thay are allways available and any kind off help needed they were there, had an English breakfast, size of the breakfast was big and it was nice and tasty, haven’t tried the desi breakfast will definitely try on my next visit
Mr Ridoy and siyam was so helpful they made sure that my room is allways clean and if I needed anything they were there , the service of these 2 brothers were OUTSTANDING
The place is really nice and quiet and very clean only few minutes away from main city, all the activities just minutes away from hotel and there is a balcony with room I spent the most time there really loved it

Just need to fix the tv connection there were problems with the connection and needed a small mini fridge in room apart from that everything was 10/10
This is a great place to stay! It is extremely clean and quiet, and has a good location not too far from the train station. A real oasis of calm. The manager, Hridoy, is extremely helpful and kind. He really went out of his way to help me. Highly recommended!
It is a bit hard to find, but worth it. Here is how to find it: tell the taxi or Tuk Tuk driver to drive to Sylhet Uposhohar, Block E, Road 2. On Road 2, go almost to the end where you will see a 7 storey brown and white building. The only English on a sign there says "doict.sylhet.gov.bd". Go into the parking garage on the main floor, go right, and take the elevator to Floor 4.
