Pros:

Staff were amazing and property was clean.

Cons:

Location is quite far from main parts of Sylhet, , weird system to get in where you don't have access to the outer door so have to buzz and just wait to be let in.

A very pleasant place to stay with great staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, the breakfast was generous, and the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the good wifi and AC, as well as the generator that kicked in whenever there was a power cut. And the best thing was the staff, who were so friendly and helpful. They were able to organise excursions for me at very reasonable prices, and I really enjoyed the two days out guided by the hotel manager, Hridoy.

Cons:

No complaints! It would be good to have a water scraper in the bathroom to scrape the water into the drain after a shower, so the floor dries more quickly.

Very well located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of sylhet town.

Very attentive and accommodating staff.

Exceptional Stay at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.

A special mention must go to Razun and Ashraf Brother, whose exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They were incredibly friendly, cooperative, attentive, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed anything—whether it was assistance, information, or any other service—they were there with a warm attitude and genuine willingness to help. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out.

The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, eye-catching, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay.

We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious, satisfying, and offered a great start to the morning.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre. The combination of a comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Razun and Ashraf made our stay genuinely enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sylhet! We would definitely love to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Het is heel fijn omdat het zo kleinschalig is, het personeel is super vriendelijk en hielp ons heel goed!
Hridoy en Asraf deden er alles aan om ons goed te laten voelen en hielpen ons met alles. Absolute aanrader!
