Upgradation is recommended.
Pros:

The ambiance and location. This is a new experience for celebrating the short stay celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries or get together.

Cons:

The building needs to be repaired and the rooms also. There was no mini bar fridge in the rooms. The carpets and walls are old. If they renovate properly so it will create more attraction.

Its worth the money bt experience can b increased 10x if owner make effort on cleaniness

We had a option between pakistan and english brefast we opted for english breakfast which inlcuedes omlette/friegg with 2 breads and tea served in room
