I really liked the view of Gaddafi stadium from my hotel room
Mice crawling around reception lobby and restaurant area ,hotel very dirty filthy curtains have mould funny smell of damp and dust in room. Also staff did nothing to contain the mouse 🐁 just tried to chase it off laughing at me. TV remote in room broken,plug sockets broken not working, TV wasn't working .Extremely disappointed by how the standards and cleanliness of this hotel are needs a full revamped no maintenance done hotel falling apart.

The Front office manager Mr Danish Ahmed was very rude and arrogant as if he owns the place, completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Upon checking the bed linen, I noticed it was dirty and politely requested a replacement. Rather than apologizing or attempting to resolve the issue, the manager responded with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, saying, “We can’t show you all the linen for you to choose from. It is what it is.”
This response was shocking and unacceptable.
A hotel can recover from mistakes, but it cannot recover from staff who treat paying guests with contempt. The dirty linen was bad enough, but the manager’s attitude made the experience far worse. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider other options if they expect cleanliness, professionalism, and respectful treatment.
