Cons:

We had stayed here before and had a much better experience, but this time there were several issues. There were no complimentary water bottles or tissue papers in the room. The air conditioner was not working properly, and there was no TV remote available. and even the TV could not be turned off properly. In addition, several switchboards were damaged or broken.
We also ordered food, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The food was poorly prepared, undercooked, and completely lacked taste. We could only take two bites before stopping because it seemed almost raw and was not enjoyable to eat.
