Good but improvement needed
Pros:

Big spacious room. Breakfast is good.
Lift access convenient for big luggages.
Check in efficient.
Sufficient bath towels.
Amenities eg soap bar, shampoo/shower gel/conditioner/shower cap/shoe polish/razor/slippers

Cons:

Shower cubicle small.
Corner areas of room & underbed dusty.
Double size mattress not very good, seemed worn out. Not firm and slope inward in the middle.

Propre et bien équipé
Pros:

Hotel très agréable, nous pouvions chauffer à volonté la chambre alors qu'il faisait plutôt froid. 8 degrés à l'extérieur.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. We had serious flight issues in Istanbul which meant we were well behind schedule, and eventually arrived after 3am the next morning. Hotel staff still accommodated us, and were friendly and helpful from the time we arrived, to the time we left.
The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
This hotel is highly recommended.

Nothing at all. The hotel and staff were faultless

Alojamiento bueno en Lamia
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las camas cómodas y la habitación sencilla pero amplia. Bien situado y desayuno buffet bastante correcto.

Cons:

Habitaciones algo frías en su decoración.

Απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο με τα θετικά και τα αρνητικά που συνεπάγεται αυτό. Η προσφορά όμως δωρεάν στάθμευσης σε παρακείμενο parking, σου λύνει τα χέρια.

Cons:

Χωρίς να του λείπει τίποτα σε παροχές, καθαριότητα και άνεση, θα χρειαζόταν ένα φρεσκάρισμα γιατί έχει αρχίσει να φαίνεται η ηλικία του.

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Great staff and room, good breakfast included.

Cons:

Only bad thing was the incredibly tight carpark, anything bigger than a small car feels like trying to take an oil taker through a drive through.
