OK hotel, but impersonal and in a bad location
Pros:

This is a new hotel. Small, but very nice, clean and correct, cosy rooms. The breakfast is nothing wow, but the food options at lunch and in the evening are very nice!

Cons:

Foremost location: the hotel is in the middle of noman's land, at a busy, dangerous (traffic wise), dark street and you are stuck unless you have phone numbers of tuktuk/taxis, especially at night. How nice it would be to wake up and see the ocean or have a stroll in vibrant Nungwi at night for a restaurant, instead of being awaken by construction work in between two large contructions. Going to Nungwi, Kendwa, the beach is a real, real hassle.
Second, the owners/managers dont interact, making it a bit impersonal. Upon arrival, you are forced to pay 15 USD for old towels etc.
Third, the unbearably hot pool is a disaster: stones stick out and we all got cut by these stones-to bleeding for some of us. Just replace your pool coverings please!

Ottima struttura pulita e accogliente personale gentilissimo straconsigliato

La struttura e il personale molto accogliente sempre con il sorriso ottimo il ristorante con diverse qualità di cibo sia per un pasto veloce che un'ottima cena. La colazione abbondante e sempre con cose diverse tra il dolce e il salato.

Ringraziamo infinitamente ad Antonella e i suoi figli, a Margo che ogni mattina ci dava il buongiorno con il suo sorriso meraviglioso e a tutto lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronti a dare ottimi consigli.

Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto super pulita. Lo staff è veramente eccezionale sempre disponibile e sorridente e i proprietari sempre premurosi e pronti ad accontentarti in tutto. Ringraziamo tutti di cuore per averci coccolato in tutto .

J ai booke une chambre dans laquelle je devais avoir 3 lits, finalement le 3 eme lit etait un lit d'appoint mais le prix n'a bien evidement pas change. La tele n'a jamais fonctionne, il y avait des coupures d'elecricite tous les soirs, L'eau dans la douche coulait extremement mal. Faites attention si vous payer vos frais de sejour par carte ils prennent des frais de 5% et si vous payez en cash il faut payer en dollars sinon ils prennent 1 pour 1

Personal super nett, sympathisch und familiär. Meine Mutter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wie zuhause. Wir haben die Mitarbeitenden sehr ins Herz geschlossen.

Die Lage war sehr praktisch, direkt zwischen zwei Stränden, jeweils nur 5-7 Minuten entfernt v. Strand, aber doch zurückgezogen genug, dass es ruhig ist.

Das Essen war sehr preiswert für ein Hotel und eine hohe Qualität, das Frühstück war auch immer super.

Cons:

1-2 vegetarische Gerichte mehr auf der Karte fände ich gut.

Ein wenig mehr Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer wären praktisch.
