Pros:

Dueña muy amable, buen Wifi, Limpio y el AC funcionaba bien.
A Unos 10 minutos andando del embarcadero, zona tranquila.
Todo Bien.
Estaban haciendo obras en el hotel durante mi estancia pero no me molestaron en absoluto.

I’ll return if I’m ever in Nuqui again.
Pros:

Comfortable mattress. Nicely decorated room. Early check in after the boat arrived from Arusi. Beach is across the street and down a path, maybe 5 minutes walk. Close to local restaurants, bakeries, main boat dock and the airport. Hotel has laundry service. Private room. AC available. Clean bathroom (cold water only, as is common).

Cons:

A bit further out than I expected but only a 3 mil COP ride or a 20 minute walk from the boat dock or airport. Some people might not like it op if TV is unavailable. Wires were unplugged but I don’t watch TV

Se puede mejorar
Pros:

El municipio no es muy grande, esto permite que se pueda llegar al hotel caminando si no se va con mucho equipaje.
El deayuno no está incluido, pero se ofrece por una muy baja tarifa.
Aunque no hay mucho persoal, siempre estan atentos a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes.

Cons:

Ya me habia alojado en este hotel hace unos años, por eso decidí regresar alli. Lamentablemente para esta oportunidad no hubo disponible Aire Acondicionado a pesar que en la publicacion se ofrece.
Por otra parte hubo problemas con animales voladores (cucharachas), se entiende que es ocasionado por condiciones medio ambientales, debe adoptarse medidas para controlarlo.
Las habitaciones familiares estan muy pequeñas.

Pros:

La posizione è buona per la vicinanza alla spiaggia e per la natura circostante.
Buona cucina e staff disponibile.
Il wi fi ottimo.

Cons:

La mia stanza che doveva essere queen in realtà era spoglia e senza TV. Il prezzo alto rispetto alle condizioni interne.
La posizione, sebbene positiva per alcuni aspetti, è a 5 minuti dal centro, raggiungibile attraverso una strada di notte poco illuminata.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, nah am Strand, Frühstück gegen Aufpreis- sehr lecker , freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sie halfen bei der Buchung von Bootstouren.

Cons:

Vieles scheint noch nicht fertig zu sein: kein Balkongeländer, Kabel für TV hängen lose aus der Wand , war für mich aber kein Problem. Ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit wird die Haustüre verriegelt, man muss dann durch Klopfen oder anrufen auf sich aufmerksam machen, wenn man heimkommt.

Careful with the details as it is not as described for AC rooms
Pros:

Brand new facilities with clean room

Cons:

There is no wifi on the second floor, only the owner has the password.

I had booked a room with AC but when I got there the owner said it is first come first serve and promised to relocate me to a room with AC but was not true. The owner does not like it when you use booking and gives better service to people that did not use booking

I would not stay again, the owner does not make you feel home

Overpriced for a 3-star hotel as advertised
Pros:

Cleaned daily

Cons:

The hotel is currently under construction (2nd floor being built) , it was loud during the day because of construction work. All the rooms are connected to the main corridor and you could hear everything from the corridor/main hall.
The staff entered my room while I was gone to take a pillow to another guest. Would have appreciated being notified of this afterwards, they only explained after I asked if anyone entered my room.
Unfortunate that you can't pay by card, in surrounding hotels it is possible.
Mosquito net doesn't cover the bed completely.

Pros:

Bertha was very kind, respectful, helpful and whatever we needed she provided.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work. The price was high for the services. Breakfast should be included in the price of hotel.
