Superb food, clean comfy, and great location.
Pros:

Very nice little “oasis” very close to the beach. The food was superb, especially the seafood platter and lobster dinner. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Jason (owner manager) was always ready to help with suggestions.

Obwohl wir wegen der Flugzeiten schon sehr früh im Hotel angekommen sind, hat uns Herr Alper vom ersten Moment des Check-ins an das Gefühl gegeben, als wären wir zu Hause. Er hat sich ständig um uns gekümmert und alles, was wir gebraucht haben, problemlos organisiert.
Bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge hat er sich mit uns ausgetauscht, uns wertvolle Empfehlungen gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir unsere Zeit optimal nutzen konnten. Außerdem hat er passend zu unseren Plänen sämtliche Transportmöglichkeiten für uns organisiert.
Wenn wir wieder nach Sansibar kommen, wird dieses Hotel definitiv unsere erste Wahl sein, und wir können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen. Richtet ihm schöne Grüße von uns aus :)

Es war sensationell.
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Nächte im Babalao. Hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Es gab jeden Tag ein anderes Frühstück. Die Eier konnten passend zum Menü ausgewählt werden. Auf Extrawünsche wurde auch eingegangen und man konnte problemlos mehr bestellen. Da es kein Buffet war, waren die Speisen immer frisch und auch die Eier wurden frisch für jede Person frisch zubereitet.

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und man spürt den Touch und die Seele der Insel sehr gut.
Das Personal sowie der Hotelbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und unterstützen wo sie nur konnten. Selbst als wir um Mitternacht einen ungebetenen Gast bei uns im Zimmer hatten, kam uns der Hotelbesitzer dieses Insekt zu beseitigen. Das Insekt kam auf Grund unseres Fehlers ins Zimmer, da wir die Türe zulange geöffnet hatten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Pflanzen und Bildmalereien die zum Bestaunen einladen.

Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen und in Gehdistanz gibt es etliche Restaurants, die jedoch nicht zwingend besucht werden müssen, da die Hotelküche ausgezeichnet ist.

Auch einen Sicherheitsdienst gibt es, der dafür zuständig ist, dass nur Hotelgäste ins Hotel gelangen.

Alles in allem war unser Hotelaufenthalt mehr als wir erwartet hatten und entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen.

Great value for money, I would not hesitate to stay in this property again whenever I am visit Nungwi

Cleanness, the owner was very kind, from the arrival he saved us and give us all required info, he took us to the rooms to arrange the stay together because we were 3 families and we booked 5 rooms - this was cool

Cons:

There is only eggs as source of protein in the breakfast menu, for me I am allergic to eggs and I couldn’t get any other option, I suggest the owner to provide other sources of proteins such as beacons or sausages for individuals who are not using eggs, also could add a bit of beans on breakfast, otherwise it was fine

Awesome, comfortable and fun place to stay!
Pros:

It is a beautiful property. A nice pool and board games if you just want to stay in and relaxing. It also is nice there is a restaurant in case you just want to grab a bite. It also very close to the beach and other excursions. The staff is so nice and the kitties are so cute.

お値打ちで浜辺に近く快適なロッジです。
Pros:

小さな宿ですが、快適に過ごせる工夫をしていて使いやすいです。ベッドには花が飾られていて綺麗でした。エアコンも冷蔵庫もあり必要なものはあります。スタッフも丁寧で施設内はいつも掃き清められていました。朝ご飯も美味しかったです。

Cons:

部屋の玄関の扉が建て付けが悪く隙間が開いていたのでティッシュペーパーを詰めました（ベッドに蚊帳がありましたので蚊対策としては大丈夫でしたが）。水道の蛇口を開くと洗面台が狭いため水が飛び散るようになっていて気をつける必要がありました。

Great value stay near one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful beaches with relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Babalao Bungalows. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Nungwi Beach with its beautiful white sand and turquoise water. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Toll, leider zu kurz.
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Anlage. Sauber, zentral, fantastisches Frühstück, was sehr ungewöhnlich für Afrika ist. Nettes Personal. Alles passend. Sollte ich nochmal nach Nungwi gehen ( ich lebe auf sansibar ), dann werde ich definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Meine 3 Freunde, die dabei waren, ebenfalls. Einfach super.
