Great area, not a very pleasant 4* room
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, in the city center - close to the Theatre, City Hall and other key landmarks. However, the area is quiet and you can rest well at night. The room was warm (well functioning heating system), clean, large and spacious, with a small balcony towards the lateral street, so not noisy.

Cons:

What came as a disappointment was the old furniture in the room and the bathroom, which was not giving a welcoming feeling. Additionally, the sink faucet was not fixed and had to be handled with care. We were also missing face towels, but the Reception employee helped solve that quickly. Additionally, there are no instructions in the hallway of each floor with directions to room numbers.

Ráférne egy alapos és ésszerű felújítás a gyönyörű meglévő adottságok mellé.
Pros:

Központi helyen van, gyalog bejárható az összes látnivaló. Nagyon jól megoldott a parkolás. Az étteremben a pincérhölgy osztályon felülien profi munkát végzett. Az ételek minősége is kiváló. Kényelmes ágy.

Cons:

A szobák és a folyosók szőnyegpadlója foltos, ki kellene szilárd, mosható burkolatra cserélni. Az egyetlen lift nem mindig indul be a hívásra. A szobaajtókat kívülről csak becsapni lehet, ami igen zajos. A szoba és a fürdőszoba talaján is sok hajszál maradt az előző vendégektől.A fürdőszoba mosdója elfuserált dizájn.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Gorgeous area for wandering around the old town, the eateries and lane ways. There is a taxi rank opposite and tram just across the river.
The hotel was a classic building with lovely old features. The room was a good size and clean. The staff were helpful and check in was straight forward.
