Overall, while the staff and facilities for children were excellent, the small rooms, outdated elevators, lack of family
Pros:

The hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English, making communication easy throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent as well. They didn’t have baby food available, but they kindly prepared a fresh carrot purée for our 8-month-old baby at dinner, which we really appreciated.

Another highlight was the excellent kids’ club and the daily mini disco, which were very enjoyable and a great addition for families with children.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, with almost no living space, which is not ideal when travelling with an 8-month-old baby. There is no refrigerator in the room; one can be rented for an additional fee, but it would be much more convenient if it were included. There is also very little wardrobe space. The walls are covered with wooden panels, so it seems there would be room to create space for a small refrigerator. Due to the limited space, there is also nowhere to store suitcases properly.

The elevators are old and very slow. Having only three elevators for such a large hotel is simply not enough. On several occasions, we had to wait around 10 minutes with our stroller before we could get an elevator. In addition, one of the elevators could not be called from the first floor, which made the situation even more inconvenient.

The restaurant has only a few IKEA high chairs available for babies. As a result, families with young children need to arrive early and sometimes even queue to make sure there is a high chair available.

The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay, including from the moment we arrived.

Another disappointing aspect was that smoking is allowed at the pool bar. As a result, cigarette smoke is often present around the pool area, which is far from ideal for families with young children. We also noticed that guests frequently threw cigarette butts on the ground around the pool, where they were left soaking instead of being cleaned up promptly.

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, kiváló elhelyezkedés, de a kaja nagyon lehúzta az egészet.
Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, és a partszakasz, valamint a környék kiváló. Lassan mélyülő és mély partszakasz is néhány méteren belül található.

Cons:

A superior szoba sajnos elég kicsinek tűnt.
Az ételek elég ízetlenek voltak, valamint egyáltalán nem változatos. A reggeli egy hétig ugyanaz volt, de a köretek-saláták sem változtak. Választék az van, de sajnos mennyiségi árunak éreztük inkább, mint minőséginek. A poharak, és tányérok is többször piszkosak voltak sajnos.

Vsec sta mi bili lokacija in hrana.

Cons:

Zelo majhna soba, po kateri sem komaj hodila. Ni bilo oristora za kovcek, stvari. Slabo očiščeno (slaba čistoča), pokvarjen WC, ki ni splakoval vode in sem morala hoditi na recepcijo na stranišče. Kljub temu, da sem se dvakrat pritožila na receociji, problema niso odpravili niti mi niso ponudili druge sobe. WC sem večkrat sama z roko odmaševala. Katastrofa!!!
