Cons:

Недомита кришка унітазу, та невідремонтований злив у раковині. Не підіймається запорний клапан . Грязні /не свіжі/ килими біля кроватей.
Телевізор висить занизько і заважає проходу...

Za podaljšan vikend zelo dobro!
Pros:

Lega hotela in izjemen park.
Dobra hrana.
Odlično izhodišče za pešačenje do Poreča ali v nasprotno smer.

Cons:

Nujno bi bilo nekaj storiti z galebi, ker so nadležni, predvsem jih je preveč in onesnažujejo hotelske površine ter povzročajo hrup. To, da se namakajo v bazenu, je nehigienično.
Jutranje čiščenje površin okrog bazena z odmikanjem ležalnikov je zaradi hrupa v zgodnjih jutranjih urah zelo moteče.

Lokacija je v redu, sobe so male

Cons:

Gužva pri zajtrku in večerji, vedno vrsta pri hrani. Neprijetna izkušnja, ker čakaš in čakaš v vrsti in to ob vseh urah. Ponudbo hrane bi za tako velik hotel mogli organizirati drugače.

Ein ausgezeichnetes 3 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Das Essen war dem Preis entssprechend gut.
Die direkte Lage des Hotels am Meer ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Intensiver Geruch im Zimmer nach Putzmittel - dürfte Amonik sein. War fast nicht auszuhalten.

Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Anlage liegt in einem wunderschönen Wäldchen direkt am Meer.Das Hotel hat eine schöne Poolanlage,wo die Liegen gratis zu nutzen sind.Selbst in der Nachsaison wird noch immer täglich ein kleines Unterhaltungsprogramm geboten.
Das Essen wird in Buffetform serviert und ist durchschnittlich gut.

Cons:

Was beim Materada schon auffällt,dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind und dementsprechend wenig Stauraum vorhanden ist.Auch ist die Unterkunft jetzt schon in die Jahre gekommen.(Teppich im Zimmer und auf den Gängen an manchen Stellen sehr abgenutzt und fleckig, Schimmel und Kalkflecken bei der Dusche z.B.)
Um über die Lage noch etwas zu sagen:
Der Weg bis Porec ist doch relativ weit und eine Taxifahrt kostet ca.20€
