Udobne postelje
Obnovitvena dela, brez zajtrka
good beds, the bedding and towels were clean.
BUILDING:
this is a small collection of old apartments made into tiny rooms taking up several top floors of a residential building in the middle of nowhere (the reception desk is not even on the ground floor). The building is hard to find, and covered in scaffolding - that would be nice to know BEFORE booking. No elevator in the building, we had to walk up to the 4th floor with heavy suitcases.
ROOM:
The room didn't even have a kettle. There was one (!) chair. There was a fridge but no kitchen - for what? The side table lamps were the cheapest plastic things you can find on the whole planet - and that goes for the rest of the place as well. The ceiling lamp had three lightbulbs, out of them two had different color and the third didn't work.
The shower door DID NOT CLOSE FULLY, water leaking out. The showerhead (non-detachable) was old and half-broken, functioning but extremely uneven water flow and just shit in general. There were "toiletries included", in form of a cheap hand soap and an open bottle of men's shower gel.
We could hear every single sound in the rest of the apartment which our room was a part of. Thankfully no other rooms were taken so we were okay, but hearing every step of people in the hallway was extremely not ok.
LOCATION:
In the 20min walking radius of the hotel the ONLY places to eat were turkish. I'm not even joking, EXCLUSIVELY. We had to travel somewhere else to just get a decent coffee and breakfast - and we're not very picky. There is no metro around, the only ways to get to the city centre are long and convoluted.
In short, i would have accepted this place for max 11 euros at night, but for 22 euros???? It could almost be considered a scam.
