Cons:

Strand war nicht so wie vorgestellt habe, Hotel müsste besser Organisieren, Sauberkeit in der Strand, es wäre noch besser wenn es gab eine Mini Bar von Hotel in Strand statt viele Autos fahren durch der Strand.

Vacanza e alloggio 10 e lode..

Buongiorno!! Ho avuto in grande piacere di alloggiare in questo albero per 10 giorni insieme alle mie figlie.. propietari eccellente e gentili .. staffa iniziando dal menager XHESIKA alla reception e tutto resto di una gentilezza e disponibilità magnifica.. in piscina abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere coccolate da Aldo ,Gaia ,e Era 3 ragazzi meravigliosi e bravi . 10 e lode anche al pizzaiolo e al barman che ci hanno coccolato con le sue pizze e per me sempre i cocktail alla sua altezza.. nella sala colazione vieni sempre accolta da le persone sempre sorridente e gentili .. iniziando con la meravigliosa ANISA e un grazie a Laura che sistema e tiene sempre la sala e i tavoli puliti.. grazie di cuore a tutti.. albero e a 10 minuti da centro dove troverete il lungomare pieno di attrazione,giochi , ristorante e bar .. la spiaggia vicino al albero essendo vicino al porto l'acqua non e blucristalino come nelle altre parti ... Noi ci siamo trovati bene perché la spiaggia era tranquilla. Dal albero ti sposti tranquillamente sia a piedi che in taxi .. .. noi prossimo anno ritorneremo sicuramente..

Trevligt hotell med bra läge
Pros:

Fint rum, rent och med stor fin balkong.
Bra centralt läge. Trevlig personal. Fick låna pool/strandhanddukar.
Bra frukost om än lite känsla av ”all inclusive” då det var stort och mycket folk.

Cons:

Poolerna kändes inte rena, kanske mest för att folk inte verkade duscha innan dem hoppade i. Saknade poolduschar (fanns en bak ett litet hus som ingen verkade använda).
Inga rökfria områden i restaurangerna.
Sandstranden nedanför hotellet kändes ganska skräpig. Ofräscha solsängar (var gratis för hotellets gäster) och sanden var skräpig.

Pros:

Naj kar na začetku napišem, da je hotel, osebje in vse kar ponujajo popolno. Ker so nam odpovedali let, so nam v hotelu prijazno prestavili bivanje in ko smo prišli k njim, so nam brezplačno nadgradili sobo. Soba je bila, kot v sanjah.
Osebje je zelo prijazno, vedno pripravljeno pomagati/svetovati. Hrana je zelo okusna, tako v restavraciji, kot v pizzariji.
Peščena plaža je primerna za male otroke, saj je dolgo plitva. Naj še omenim najlepše sončne zahode, ki jih lahko doživite na plaži...
Najlepša hvala, zaradi vas je bil naš dopust lepši.

Magiczny czas z najbliższymi, zatrzymany w kadrze pięknych widoków i wyjątkowego komfortu.
Pros:

Idealny hotel na rodzinne wakacje. Przepiękne położenie w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie dużej plaży z zachwycającym widokiem na góry. Ogromnym plusem dla rodzin z dziećmi jest piaszczyste wejście do morza oraz bardzo długi dystans z płytką wodą. Sam hotel jest nowoczesny i urządzony ze smakiem. Panuje tu kameralny klimat, dzięki czemu można odpocząć w spokoju, bez przeciskania się przez tłumy gości.

Obsługa i komfort na najwyższym poziomie: pokoje sprzątane codziennie, bezproblemowy dostęp do ręczników oraz darmowych leżaków na plaży i przy basenie. Zamawianie przekąsek i napojów bezpośrednio do leżaka działało bardzo sprawnie i było w dobrej cenie.

Jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej zawsze świeże i dobrej jakości (mimo że menu bywało powtarzalne). Duży plus za logistykę - w restauracji nigdy nie trzeba było szukać wolnego stolika, czystych talerzy czy sztućców.

Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna. Wokół hotelu znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji otwartych do późna. W bliskiej odległości spacerowej (pieszy dystans) dostępna jest bogata baza gastronomiczna oraz promenada. Dodatkowo to idealna baza wypadowa do wycieczek i zwiedzania zarówno północy, jak i południa kraju. Bardzo polecam!

Cons:

Droga na plażę, choć krótka, prowadzi bezpośrednio obok kilku kontenerów na śmieci, co nie jest mocno widoczne, jednak wpływa na estetykę miejsca. Brak dostępu do Wi-Fi w pokoju, mimo że urządzenie wskazuje dobry sygnał. Warto również zwrócić uwagę na ofertę basenową: dla dzieci dostępny jest jedynie brodzik dla maluchów, więc starszaki muszą korzystać z głównego basenu o głębokości od 1,5m do 1,9m. Jest to rozwiązanie komfortowe wyłącznie pod warunkiem, że dzieci potrafią już samodzielnie pływać lub są wyposażone w odpowiednie sprzęty.

Pros:

Onvriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie. Receptionisten zijn alleen met zichzelf bezig en dat voor een 4-sterren! Airco maakte zeer veel herrie. De monteur zou komen, deze helaas niet gezien. Een plastic tas met spullen is door de schoonmakers meegenomen (stond niet in de buurt van de afvalbak). Wat nootjes en rozijnen gekregen als compensatie. Er zaten ook prive spullen in deze tas. Hotel vindt dat ze er genoeg aan hebben gedaan. Van de 3 liften zijn er 2 stuk.

When Hotel Employees Excel!
Pros:

Albania is on so many levels contradictive. Hotel Kraal is located down a narrow road right on a public beach, surrounded by residential buildings not in the best conditions. However, the hotel itself is very nice and well-kept by the staff.
The morning front desk personnel consisting of Ambr@ and her colleague were incredible. Both very friendly, personable, helpful and above all, professional.
The rooms were nice and we were afforded an upgrade, even though the room did not have the best view, but it was spacious. Breakfast was good, the pool and pool area very nice. The restaurant did not have the largest selection of dishes, but all was prepared well. Our waiter Arlin@ was very attentive throughout our stay. The same applies to all personnel, including the car porter.
A parking garage is on-site, but sometimes full. Additional parking is available, but not all paved and very narrow to navigate.

Cons:

I did not really have any dislikes, but do want to point out some minor things. Our room air conditioning did not work well and took hours to cool. While the hallway temperatures are perfect, the room was not.
The coffee machines in the breakfast area do not make proper coffee or more specifically morning cappuccinos, which is a highlight of my morning.
I was hoping for more regional dishes in the restaurant and breakfast area. I love Petulla, but not cold and missed the appropriate cheese and honey to go with it. The ones provided should be better quality. I travel much to Italy, and understand the relations between Albania and that country, but the menu is heavily oriented on Italian cuisine.
I also believe that the drink prices at the pool bar were a bit inflated. My "Euros" did not go far considering the little alcoholic mixed drinks received.
Sadly, and this is no fault of Kraal Hotel at all, the public beach in not well taken care of and therefore not a very inviting place to spend any time. However, Ambr@ my lifesaver again, recommended multiple beach clubs within 15 minutes drive of the hotel, which were excellent.
