Excellent everything, the cleanliness is top notch.
Food is amazing and tasty.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds, the sea view is enough not to swim.
Clean pool though didn't get to swim, rained almost all the time during my stay.
The lounges are well kept. A must return destination 👌

Cons:

Nothing not to like.
Just a recommendation, more options for breakfast though whatever was served is still 👌
Aim at keeping it hot for the late comers.
For the Jaccuzi Whirlpool if monthly deep cleaning can be done especially on the bubble jets, that would help clear the build up.
However I did enjoy every bit of being i the tub.

KRAAL Hotel is excellent, look no further.

Bof, ça aurait pu être mieux
Pros:

La propreté des installations . Tout était propre
Le personnel sympathique
Le déjeuner était bon et diversifié

Cons:

Les photos mensongères (les transats et les parasols ne sont plus ceux-là, le champignon de la piscine ne fonctionne plus).
Les alentours : tout est en travaux, on se fait réveiller par des machines qui bloquent la rue.
La plage est entourée de déchets
Rideaux non occultants donc à 5h du matin vous êtes réveillés par la lumière (et le bruit de la rue).

Geweldig!!
Pros:

Alles, super goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en we waren al in 10 hotels geweest met de rondreis maar dit was echt het beste! Kamer groot en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel, vroegen steeds of alles goed was. Mooi zwembad. Leuke ligging ivm hectisch parkeren in centrum, hier geen last van. Zandstrand tegenover het hotel.

okay. taxidrivers and staff in restaurants and bars are not service oriented

staff is not service oriented at all. we ordered a taxi for Tirana airport through the hotel but the taxi didn't show up. The way the hotel handeled this issue was not good. Communication was very unclear. English was not good. They blamed the taxidriver and were annoyed that we arrived late. But we ordered the taxi through the hotel, so they carry a responsability too.
Furthermore in the restaurant of the hotel they forgot some times to bring fork and knife, another time they forgot the bottle opener. They were not happy when we asked if we could pay with card or could have separate bills (we worked at different companies and needed an invoice separately. etc. )

Pros:

Das Personal hat uns so freundlich empfangen, immer wieder nach unserem Befinden gefragt und ob uns etwas fehle.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, was platztechnisch sehr grosszügig war. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr modern.
Das Bett war so bequem!
Wie konnten zufuss ziemlich alles gut erreichen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke!

Luxury, Heart, and Coastline Views ~~ A Family-Owned Gem in Vlorë
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kraal Hotel in Vlorë. This family-owned hotel radiates a gentle joy and kind hospitality. It’s clear everyone enjoys this place, and we truly appreciated every one of the family and staff.

Our room was spacious and luxurious, with wood floors, a big cozy king size bed, lounge chairs, two balconies, living plants, big windows overlooking the sea, a jacuzzi tub, plenty of hot water, tea, mini fridge, and a large shower.

The hotel itself is full of character and charm: a beautifully decorated lobby with bookshelves, fine art, and even a museum space with Albanian artifacts. Perfect for tea, special dinners, meditation, or relaxation. Breakfast is complementary, and the café and restaurant are also lovely.

Outside, there’s a big pool, a kids playground that our daughter loved, and they even have a conference hall for special events. Soon, a lower-level spa with a salt room will open. Kraal Hotel is truly one of a kind, luxurious, vibrant, and full of heart. We are grateful for our experience with them, and highly recommend you book your stay with them.
