Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer mit Frühstück gefunden.
Pros:

wir waren froh, dass wir wenigstens noch ein Zimmer gefunden haben. Anlass von Freitag - Sonntag in Altstätten war sehr gut besucht. Klimaanlage gab es nicht, dafür stand uns ein Lufterfrischer zur Verfügung. Es war sauber und das Bett sehr wohlfühlend.

Cons:

das Zimmer war Strassenseitig, daher war der Strassenlärm von Autos sehr störend. Das Fenster konnten wir leider nicht offen lassen.

The the sound insulation left much to be desired, bit disappointed that advertised facilities (fitnes) was not on location but a agreement with local gym.

Pros:

Good value for the money especially considering the location, very central in the town. Parking space free of charge behind the hotel. Fair (not exceptional, but not at all bad) breakfast. Mattress was a tad old/hard but not bad for a few days.
Reception not always attended but always one phone (provided at lobby) call and very few minutes away.
Overall a good stay, if I happen to be there again I will choose this hotel.

Cons:

A bit more selection in the breakfast spread and maybe newer mattresses. Nothing one can't live without for a few days.
