De centrale locatie en rust binnen

Cons:

Zwembad?
Sommige obers spreken bijna geen Engels waardoor bestelling ontbijt niet altijd begrepen werd maar wel met de glimlach werd opgelost nadien.

The location was fabulous, staff friendly and it was a comfortable stay.

Location and style good Greek vibe

Cons:

No parking even a parking referral. Short of staff. Staff overworked took 45min to get breakfast order was short bread was hard. Staff done his best but was hard to manage on his own Only one door key.

Hotel de ensueño en el centro de Atenas
Pros:

Hotel pequeño en edificio antiguo muy bonito rehabilitado con gusto. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno abundante, variado y de calidad. Excelente localización al lado de Monastiriki.

Cons:

Cuando estaba cerrado el restaurante había que entrar por una puerta lateral sin control de personal

מלון יפה ובמיקום מצוין – אבל המזגן וה"ספא" פגעו מאוד בחוויה

למלון יש יתרונות ברורים: המיקום מעולה, פחות מדקה מרחוב ארמו, המלון והחדרים מעוצבים יפה מאוד, וארוחת הבוקר מצוינת – א-לה-קארט, איכותית וטעימה.

אבל היו שני כשלים מהותיים שקשה להתעלם מהם.

ראשית, המיזוג. במשך חלק משמעותי משניים מתוך ארבעת ימי השהייה המזגן הוציא אוויר אך לא קירר, והחדר הגיע ל־27.5–28 מעלות. גם אורחים בחדרים סמוכים סיפרו לנו על אותה בעיה. הצוות היה אדיב, אבל קיבלנו שוב ושוב הסברים שהבעיה בטיפול או שהמזגן למעשה עובד, ואפילו נאמר לנו ש־26 מעלות זה "בסדר". באתונה באוגוסט, מזגן תקין הוא מבחינתנו תנאי בסיסי.

הבעיה השנייה היא הספא. המלון מציג את עצמו כמלון עם ספא ובריכה, וזה היה אחד השיקולים המרכזיים שלנו בבחירה בו. בביקור קודם שלנו, חודש לפני כן, נאמר שהבריכה סגורה בגלל טיפול בחומרים. חזרנו כעבור ארבעה שבועות – ושוב היא הייתה סגורה, עם הסברים דומים והבטחות שאולי תיפתח למחרת. בפועל היא נפתחה רק ביום האחרון שלנו.

וגם אז גילינו שהשימוש עולה 55 אירו לאדם לשעה – כלומר 110 אירו לזוג עבור שעה אחת בלבד. במחיר כזה ובמגבלת זמן של שעה, מבחינתנו הספא והבריכה אינם מתקן שבאמת נגיש באופן סביר לאורחי המלון. מי שבוחר את המלון ב־Booking בגלל בריכה וספא צריך לדעת זאת מראש.

חבל, כי מדובר במלון בוטיק יפה, במיקום מצוין ועם ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. אבל חדר שמגיע לכ־28 מעלות ומתקן ספא שמוצג כיתרון משמעותי של המלון אך בפועל אינו נגיש באופן סביר הם מבחינתנו כשלים מהותיים.

Cons:

הזמנו המלון כי הוא לכאורה מלון ספא, עם בריכה, סאונה וגקוזי. בפועל טענו השמתחם סגור כי שמו בבריכה כימיקלים. אבל הספא היה סגור כל הזמן, גם כששבנו למון חודש אחרי. אז מי שבוחר המלון הזה שלא יבנה על בריכה וספא.

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok merkezi, gezip göreceğimiz tarihi ve turistik her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Alışveriş için de konumu mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve sevecendi, tüm ihtiyaçlarımız anında karşılandı. Ayrıca bu kadar merkezi bir konumda bu kadar sakin ve huzurlu olması da bizim için artı puan oldu. Gitmeyi düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.
