Very good
Pros:

Perfect location if you want to stay close to the fast train railways. Xuzhou city center is not so far away with the taxi/subway.

Very hard to find (position on booking is wrong) , staff does not speak English, visa and mastercard credit cards not accepted. Bring cash

Great location next to the railway
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the railway station. One of the staff went extremely out of her way to help us find the entry as that was a little hard to find. Overall awesome.
