•Cleanliness was good, the room and bathroom were maintained decently on a daily basis.
•Breakfast was correct, with basic products (eggs, cereals, milk, coffee, juices). The pastry section was identical every day and could have been more diverse.
•Air conditioning worked well, which was very important in the summer heat.
•The fridge was useful, even though a bit noisy.
•The balcony was large enough to sit at a table.
•Staff were kind and explained everything we needed from check-in to check-out.
•At check-out, the staff offered juices for the children and did not charge us the local tax.
• I booked a Superior Triple Room with Sea View, but in reality I received a room facing the main road, with land/mountain view. The constant traffic noise made rest difficult both day and night.
• I asked to change the room to one matching the description, but I was refused. I was told “Booking made a mistake”, which I find unfair, since I know the description and pictures are uploaded by the property itself. What bothered me the most was the lack of accountability – instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to pass the blame elsewhere. Because of this, I did not even insist further about the other visible issues in the room, knowing I would only get another excuse.
•Soundproofing was mentioned in the description, but the windows are standard, and the traffic noise was almost the same even with the window closed.
•There was no storage space (wardrobe or drawers) in the room. We had to keep our clothes and luggage on the floor, very uncomfortable especially for a family with a child.
•The bathroom had no ventilation system at all (neither window nor fan), which created significant discomfort, especially after using the toilet.
•The shower was not working properly and did not provide normal functionality.
•Common areas were rather austere and without atmosphere, giving more the impression of a modest guesthouse than a 3★ hotel.
•Overall, the value for money was poor. I paid almost €770 for 7 nights for a Superior Triple Room with Sea View, but the reality was a lower-standard room, with land/road view and multiple comfort issues.

La propreté de l'hôtel++++ les chambres familiales et SDB grandes avec terrasses. La vue sur la montagne . La gentillesse des responsables de l'hôtel Mme Raptaki ( prévenante et serviable). L'accueil parfait, le petit déjeuner Exellent et vraiment complet . Les chambres faites tous les jours par une Dame extra.+++
La piscine agréable. L emplaçement de l'hôtel pas loin de la plage et Tavernes.
Petit bémol le bruit des voitures et des motos , car la route principale pas loin .

The hotel is newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly.
The breakfast is excellent, very diverse and tasty buffet.

Due to proximity to the airport, lot of noise from landing planes, hopefully will be solved when the new airport opens.
Missing mosquito net on small bathroom window, was quite a problem in mid-October.

lovely and clean, rooms were good with all that you would need fo make stay enjoyable. pool area was nice and located at the back of the hotel, breakfast was good, same options available each day. we could walk to the shops and restaurants but would drive especially if coming back in the dark due to having to walk on the roads.
it was on a very busy road and the traffic could be heard at all hours. however it was good value for money.
Very kind and polite staff! We arrived earlier (at 10:00) and by 10:30 we could check in and also gave us coffee and juice.
