Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, der Nachmittagsimbiss ebenso. Sauna und Fitnessraum tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist eng, aber es gibt auch draußen kostenlose Hotelparkplätze. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, aber direkt an der Durchfahrtstrasse nach Galtür, die morgens doch schon stark befahren wird. Wer gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft, sollte an Ohrschutz denken.

Pros:

The accommodation was excellent. The hostess was very pleasant, and the place was cozy. Especially enjoyable was the dinner offered at the hotel after a day of skiing, as well as the excellent spa with various saunas.Breakfast was excellent. The hostess also arranged ski passes for us and a ski storage locker at the gondola station. In the morning, it was a 5-minute walk to the lift station.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon meal were excellent. The location was great with easy walking distance to the gondola and to bars and restaurants. The wellness center downstairs is beautiful and kept immaculate. We enjoyed having access to a steam room and saunas after skiing. For a small rental fee we were able to keep our skiis and boots in a locker in the building one floor below the loading area for the gondola and that was extremely helpful. We had a lovely time here and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Персонал отеля максимально приятный и заботливый. За 9 дней в отеле у меня появилось ощущение, будто мы с ними старые приятели.

Поразительная чистота в номерах и общих пространствах — можно ходить чуть ли не босиком.

Из приятного: есть включённый apres-ski ужин — ранее такого в отелях не встречал.

Есть «зимний сад» — очень комфортное пространство для работы или чтения.

Удобное расположение. Может показаться, что отель расположен на самом краю города. Но самом деле, идти до подъёмника всего 5 минут — быстрее, чем из некоторых отелей, которые расположены ближе к центру.

Cons:

— нет выкладки горячих блюд на завтраке — нужно заказывать у официантов, это непривычно и увеличивает время на завтрак
— невкусный кофе, предложил бы заменить зерна и кофе-машину

Perfekte Lage mit einem perfekt geführtem Team. Gerade mal 8 min zu Fuß bis zur Gondel. Absolut zu empfehlen 👍
