Heel goed en mooi hotel en een prachtige locatie. Personeel heel vriendelijk
Pros:

Het hotel was helemaal in het nieuw gestoken en zag er heel mooi uit.
De kamers waren sfeervol, maar ook de receptie en de ontbijtruimte

Cons:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en beleefd.
Maar terwijl wij nog aan tafel zaten werd het servies al opgeruimd.
Misschien even wachten totdat de gasten van tafel gaan.

Well, I had my first ride in a helicopter
Pros:

I had a skiing accident on day 5 of 6. The hotel staff were fantastic at helping get my baggage down to me at the hospital and taking away any worries I had. Thanks you.

The breakfast is excellent
the hotel staff is very professional and always helps with any problem
the location is excellent and close to the ski lift and the town center

Cons:

There is no kettle, for me it is really significant because I need it to drink tea or coffee in the morning and in the evening.
When I asked the owner of the place about this matter, he gave an answer related to safety, but it doesn't seem to me because every other hotel has a kettle.
In addition, at night you hear a bit of the noise of the clubs that are nearby. It is not something that is in the hands of the hotel manager but it should be taken into account

Very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great central location.

Cons:

Due to the close location to apres ski bars, the noise level can get a bit disturbing.

It would be great if the lounge area had access to a coffee machine in the evening hours.
