Très bon hôtel dans le cœur de Chivay, petit déjeuné satisfaisant, on recommande !
Pros:

Chambre agréable pour deux personnes avec un grand lit et un lit simple, un canapé également qui ajoute de l’espace et de quoi poser les affaires (sac à dos). Personnel vif et agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, très central pour les différents tours.

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient était un soucis de température d’eau (pas d’eau froide, uniquement de l’eau chaude bouillante). Cependant nous ne sommes restées qu’une seule nuit sans parler du problème au staff, le soucis peut probablement être réglé facilement.

Accueil et aide our résoudre un problème personnel. Bon conseil de balade au dessus de la ville.
Il y avait même un ascenseur !

Había un radiador encendida en la habitación cuando llegamos, estaba calentito. Y me dejaron el secado de pelo

Cons:

Tardaba mucho en calentarse el agua, pero una vez caliente te pdias duchar bien.

El servicio y comodidad de la habitación muy bien.
Pros:

La habitación limpia, la cama y almohadas confortables, la temperatura muy agradable, el personal muy gentil y amable, en general los espacios y servicios del hotel estuvieren muy bien.

Cons:

El desayuno puede mejorar. No hay variedad en las frutas y son algo escasas..

Pros:

Ottima posizione e letti comodi.
La struttura è pulita e lo staff è stato molto disponibile con noi. La receptionist ci ha aiutato a organizzare un pomeriggio alle terme.
Vicina alla piazza dove ci sono vari ristoranti in cui cenare.
Soluzione comoda per chi fa la gita di due giorni al Canyon Colca

Cons:

Le prese elettriche funzionavano poco e anche con gli adattatori si faceva fatica a caricare il telefono.

Consiglierei di aggiungere delle lampade sulle mensole per poter leggere.

Beste hotel in Chivay, eigenaresse is een schat van een mens
Pros:

De meest vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons overal bij hielp, de zeer comfortabele bedden. Het lunch buffet is voortreffelijk en zeer betaalbaar

Cons:

De douche werkt omgedraaid (blauw is warm), voor zover dat een echt minpunt is.

Voor deze bedden zou ik nog een keer terug willen komen en ook een heerlijk warme douche en kamer ( kacheltje stond aan). Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Een nadeel; het raam was aan een binnengang, dus geen frisse buitenlucht of daglicht en gordijnen dicht houden voor privacy.
