Great atmosphere
Largely attentive staff
Great food and drink options
It was wonderful to relax by the beach.
It's rare to find a single room that can comfortably fit 3 people so we were very grateful.

Cons:

Whilst not the fault of the resort those seeking to book should be aware of mosquitos. Not hundreds but there are a few. This can't really be avoided in these types of tropical areas.

Lots of very steep stairs and unless I missed it I could not see a lift. If those seeking to book are of limited mobility I would keep this in mind.

Chille vibe met lief personeel
Pros:

Het ontvangst is voortreffelijk, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en persoonlijk.
Het eten in het restaurant is heel goed.
Voor een paar dagen zit je hier heerlijk aan de rivier.
Verwacht ondanks dat geen 4 sterren locatie. Er hangt een chille vibe, de boomhut is helemaal leuk en ligt tussen de (mango) bomen.

Cons:

Voor wat je krijgt vind ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding een beetje uit balans en had ik een andere verwachting.
De kamer is heel klein en ik miste een koelkastje.
Wij waren er 4 nachten wat ik zelf een beetje te lang vond.

Pros:

Excellent accueil. Personnel gentil et compétent.
Menu de repas limité. Emplacement éloigné du centre: il faut choisir entre le calme et la proximité du centre-ville.

Schöne kleine Oase am Fluss
Pros:

Die Anlage war sehr schön, das Frühstück lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön.

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen von Kampot. Aber mit einem Tuk Tuk oder Roller geht es.

Super endroit pour "aventuriers".
Pros:

Le personnel top.
Le bar/ restauration.
Les équipements à disposition pour les loisirs et le cadre.

Cons:

La chambre : La literie n'était pas super confort ( trop molle en règle générale).
Il y a des entrées un peu partout dans la cabane laissant le champ libre aux moustiques, geckos. Le lit dispose d'une moustiquaire mais celle-ci est trouée.
Il n' y a pas de frigo donc pas de possibilité de conserver une boisson fraîche en chambre.
La salle de bain: qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée contient un mur qui n'est pas totalement fermé. Cela découle sur le fait que le soir et le matin (tôt) il y a pas mal de moustiques.

Superbe vue sur la rivière dans le bungalow au bord de la rivière et au restaurant

Cons:

Quiproquo dans la réservation des scooters, et premier scooter livré sans frein , équipement vieillot, déchets dans l eau au bord de la terrasse du bungalow

A beautiful setting
Pros:

The tree houses are beautiful, quaint and well cared for. The residence is very pretty and the staff is beyond nice. Having breakfast overlooking the river is beautiful.

Cons:

Since it is so far out of town, laundry service should be available at the hotel.
Also, there is a lot of plastic in the river. This is not sabay’s responsability of course but all hotel owners should work together in dealing with this problem.
