Staff were very frank and loyal.The hotel is in the heart 9f thetown.
Cleanliness including the bed covers,room toilet and bathroom.Really need to improve on cleanliness.

The overall hygiene was just fair or average.The carpet on the floor seems to be there for decades without cleaning.The stuffs in the toilet was dirty too.Bed covers and quilt was cleaned but the mattress itself was smelling bad
