Η διαμονή μας στο Asteras Paradise ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε ευπρόσδεκτοι χάρη στην ευγένεια και τον επαγγελματισμό του προσωπικού. Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν άψογα, πάντα πρόθυμα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με χαμόγελο. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στον υπάλληλο που μας συνόδευσε στο δωμάτιο, ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, φιλικός και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ ποιοτικά προϊόντα. Συνολικά, όλες οι υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου ήταν άριστες και ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας.

Ευχαριστούμε όλη την ομάδα του Asteras Paradise για τη φιλοξενία και την υπέροχη εμπειρία. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το ξενοδοχείο παρόλο που είναι παλιό είναι καλοδιατηρημένο,πεντακάθαρο,κ τα κρεβάτια κ τα μαζιλαρια κ πετσετες τέλεια.
Αφράτες πετσέτες κανονικά μαξιλάρια στρώματα άνετα.

Staff eccezionale, piscina tenuta bene e lettini prendi sole comodi, colazione niente di eccezionale ma ok

Cons:

La camera è vecchia e spoglia, letto basso e sfondato, un cuscino molto piatto, bagno piccolo con il soffione doccia piccolo, insomma per 150 euro a notte veramente troppo poco.

Okay ophold , super venlige personale , dog stedet kræver noget vedligeholdelse

Personalet var meget venlige, dejligt med daglig rengøring og skift af håndklæder , morgenmad var også god , dog det samme alle de 6 dage vi var på hotellet. Man kunne benytte tennisbanen samt minigolfbane.

Cons:

Billederne passer ikke rigtig til stedet - er nok taget for længe siden, og man får mistanken om at stedet har haft bedre dage , vores bruser var ikke særlig rent - morgen maden på trods at den var god , var hovedsageligt det samme alle de 6 dage vi var derover.

Nightmare experience!!!

The front desk staff or should I say the kids the management has hired to ensure they make the most money possible were very sweet.

The property has not been maintained. You arrive there and it’s opposite a gas station and easily 20/25 minutes from Naousa!!! It’s not near the town!
Second we had 3 rooms all of them smelt bad and were filthy. From stains on the walls to dirty bathrooms to smells in the room, I mean I cannot even believe Booking.Com have given them a 4 rating or even have them on the platform.
After we saw the state of all 3 rooms we had booked and it’s not cheap trust me for 3 nights- we had no option but to look for other hotel options. We obviously had to pay a crazy price bc it was so last minute but the entire hygiene and upkeep of the rooms and property were actually unacceptable! We called booking.com explained the issue and were told we would get a refund. However the saga continues! The Asteras manager woke up next day and sent a long msg telling me what we did wrong! The audacity and the rudeness was shocking! Mind you we didnt soend more than an hour at this hotel trying ro find another place and the hotel has kept all of our money for the 3 nights and booking.com are not refunding us and have sent us only 177.00 euros as a credit. This has been such a horrible experience all around and it’s shocking to us how little can be done when things go wrong.

Had the best time ever!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, staff are very welcoming and kind. We asked for a room with 3 separate beds and we received an upgrade with no extra cost. They also provided us with welcoming drinks and generally the hotel is gorgeous. Bus station was literally outside of it.

The bathroom water was coming out of the shower

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Asteras Paradise. La struttura è curata, pulita e immersa nella tranquillità, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata alla scoperta di Paros. La camera era spaziosa e sempre impeccabile, la colazione ricca e con prodotti di qualità, mentre la piscina è un vero valore aggiunto.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile. In particolare, grazie di cuore a Caterina della reception, che ci ha accolto con grande professionalità e simpatia, facendoci sentire come a casa, e a Luca, il barman, sempre cordiale e bravissimo nel preparare ottimi cocktail.
La posizione è comoda per raggiungere Naoussa e alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, ospitalità e un'atmosfera rilassante. Se torneremo a Paros, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
