Pros:

A perfect vacation in a perfect hotel. Special thanks to the lovely Nicoletta who answered every request with a smile. Also to the kind staff at breakfast by the pool who made the meal an experience, we really enjoyed it. Great location, quiet and at the same time in the center of Pyrgos with great restaurants around.

We had a great stay here. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic and provided a lot of options across our week stay. The location was away from the main tourist towns but there was still a lot to do. Staff were fantastic and helped with dinner and activity recommendations without hesitation.

Scary experience with room service lady!
Pros:

Nikoleta, Ilia and Nafsika are top gems of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Perhaps the reason to give a rating above 5 is professionals like the ones i mentioned. They made sure they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ilia is amazing at the massage!

Cons:

Perhaps one of the strangest, rudest and awkward moment that occur at this hotel after being staying at hotels from last 25 years!
The cleaning lady was extremely impolite, bad at her job and we felt threatened by her actions. She didnt clean toilet, didnt make the bed or changed bedsheets even oneday after us living there for 4 day, didnt bring in new drinking glasses, didnt clean the dining table, there were tissues in drawers of the table when we checked in. I can talk alot about how many mistakes but that is not just, when we asked for her to come and clean it properly, she came back screaming at me and my wife. And was perhaps cursing in greek and asked us to tell her what was wrong, when i pointed towards dirty table she was quiet. I complained about her to the hotel but that didnt improve anything on her training or didnt even get an apology from the hotel manager for her behavior. She was so bad that she ruined all the good work by other staff members in the hotel. And it seemed like she didnt care at all.

Lovely hotel made special by the wonderful staff
Pros:

The outstanding quality of the hotel is the staff. They were there to help in every instance, friendly and very informative on activities etc.

The ambience of hotel was very relaxing and tastefully designed.

Cons:

The only improvement would be to have a better gym. It is functional but basic.
