Mooie plek, maar niet viersterren waardig
Pros:

Ruime kamer, centraal gelegen met volop wandel mogelijkheden. Groot ligbad en fijne douche. Ruim bed.

Cons:

Er was nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud. De grote glazen deur van de wc hing scheef en sloot daardoor niet goed, de stenen hingen bovenin los in de muur. De batterijen van de TV afstandsbediening waren leeg. Enkele lampen in het plafond waren stuk of knipperden. De wastafel liep nier goed door. In de douche was geen plankje voor je spullen, alleen twee schroeven waar deze ooit heeft gezeten. In de WC was er geen zeep en handdoekje. Het kluisje had helemaal geen batterijen waardoor deze niet werkt. Scheur in de vitrage. Vochtplek in plafond bij de tuindeuren.

Comfortabele studio, niet voor stilte zoekers.
Pros:

Mooie ruime studio, comfortabel. Prima voorzieningen. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke host. Mooie dorpse omgeving. Goed restaurant aan de overzijde. Goede cv en airco. Veel plekjes om te zitten met goede stoelen en bank

Cons:

Wij vonden het wat rumoerig, de gasten op de bovenetage en in het naastgelegen appartement hoor je. Een tv die niet hard staat kon je ook makkelijk horen. Bijzonder: Er staan opeens andere gasten in de gedeelde achtertuin die nadrukkelijk naar binnen kijken. Qua privacy vonden wij het daarom wat minder.
Jammert dat er geen raampje open kan aan de achterzijde voor wat frisse lucht.

Comfortabel verblijf in Vessem
Pros:

We verbleven in een gebouw tegenover de brouwerij. Kamer was netjes, comfortabel en superschoon. Naast de brouwerij zit een fijn restaurant waar je goed kunt eten en de biertjes van de brouwerij kunt bestellen.

Cons:

Enige kleine minpuntje was het ontbijt; er ontbraken o.a. eieren en yoghurt. Verder was het compleet.

- Aardige gastheer
- Lokale biertjes in de koelkast

Cons:

- Geen 4 sterren hotel ervaring, geen receptie, is in een studio aan de overkant van de weg in een oud huisje.
- Enorm luidruchtig, we hadden een appartement beneden. Er waren houten vloeren, dus je hoort continu mensen lopen in het appartement erboven, ook 's nachts. Slecht geslapen dus.
- Ontbijt was erg karig voor 17,50, geen yoghurt, geen scrambled eggs of spiegelei, geen bruin brood, weinig gezonde opties
- Afwerking appartement kan beter, gordijnen zijn 30 cm te lang en helemaal verkreukeld, ziet er goedkoop uit. Kamer is benauwd.
- Snoer waterkoker niet lang genoeg en past niet in stopcontact. Moet op de grond worden aangezet.
- Prijs/kwaliteit dus niet zo best, kan nog een hoop verbeterd worden.

Great host , great location and fabulous room.
Pros:

The room was very nicely decorated and high level of renovation, nice furniture , super comfy bed . Air conditioning worked well and a nice coffee machine and fridge available with a selection of beer cold ready . A lovely restaurant across the road , a super market 2 mins walk and a lovely village location. We were very happy during our stay.

Prachtige ruim opgezette kamer. Mooi en schoon. Vriendelijke man die me de kamer liet zien en nog even uitlegde hoe de airco werkt. Heerlijk bad ook. Heel fijn ook dat het geen probleem was dat ik iets eerder de sleutel kwam ophalen.

Pros:

The host is super kind. The place is a brewery and there is a brasserie just aside the hotel. The village is super beautiful. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

It’s not really a hotel. It doesn’t have the structure of one. It’s not a 4 stars hotel as indicated. It’s more like a guesthouse. This is not a problem as long as it’s clearly stated like this at booking.com - which was not the case once when making the booking I filtered only hotels and this one showed up. We arrived at 15h30 and were told that our room was not going to be ready on time (16h00) due issues with the housekeeper.

Exceptional
Pros:

Beautiful room, friendly owners, nice small village beautifully clean. Wonderful Steak restaurant where one can sit inside or out. We will return for sure.

Cons:

Everything was nice, only a tiny detail but English Breakfast Tea bags would be nice with milk (not cream).
