La habitación estaba en perfecto estado, limpia moderna, grande y con buena iluminación.. Se encuentra bien comunicado, pudiéndose coger un tranvía en la misma puerta.

I stayed in Room 31 in early August 2026. It was hot in the city, but thanks to the ceiling fan in the room, I managed to get by :) I also kept the windows open at all times.
The hotel is in a really calm location, and the other guests were quiet too, I didn’t hear anyone through the walls, which is a plus.
The room is small, but it has everything: a desk, a bed, a nightstand, and a bathroom. As far as I'm concerned, everything is perfect, and in Vienna you can even drink the tap water.
In person, the room is actually cozier than it looks in the photos; the hotel is located on the 4th floor of a historic building. The housekeeper took out the trash from the bathroom every day.
The bathroom is equipped with liquid hand soap, as well as body and shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer.
Sometimes you could hear the murmur of people from the local cafe downstairs, but it didn't last very long. I slept well.
One day I saw just a couple of ants in the bathroom, but I gathered that this happens often in old buildings in Vienna during the summer, so I didn't think the weather had much to do with it.
