Excelente experiência!
Pros:

A equipe é excelente! Não demorava a responder pelo WhatsApp e deu excelente sugestões de passeios e locais para comer.
A localização é excelente, pois é praticamente em frente ao Billa, um mercado comum em Viena, então foi possível economizar no café da manhã e lanches. E como o transporte público funciona perfeitamente na cidade, era só pegar um "bonde elétrico" e em 10 minutos estava no centro.
O quarto que utilizei é para uma pessoa mesmo e é uma excelente opção quem está em busca de turismo, ou seja, o quarto é apenas um local para dormir, tomar banho e descansar. Tinha cabide, armários, espelho, sabonete líquido no banheiro. Então a experiência foi excelente, bem acima do que esperado.

Cons:

O box achei um pouco apertado, tenho 1,8 metros e 85 kg, então sou uma pessoa alta e não sou gordo, então para tomar banho não tinha muito espaço, mas foi, de fato, o único ponto negativo

muss nicht ein zweites mal dort sein

die lage war super! direkt bei der skodagasse und die alser strasse. das bad war relativ modern und es war shampoo/ händeseife da :)

Cons:

okay, fangen wir mal damit an, dass die oberflächen beim bett, tisch, sessel nicht abgestaubt wurden und dementsprechend auch nicht sauber.
der tisch ist soo klein, da passen nur kleinigkeiten rauf.
der sessel war komplett unnötig da er, a) zwischen der lücke vom tisch und bett war und b) es keinen platz gegeben hätte, ihn irgendwo hinzustellen.
im “vorraum” war einer der zwei aufhänge möglichkeiten kurz vorm runter fallen und am zweiten tag haben sich ameisen in den teilweise offenen bodenleisten gefunden…da waren ganze familienstämme zu finden, deshalb ich mich dann auch nicht mehr wohlgefühlt habe.
der ventilator an der decke wirbelt mehr staub als luft.

rel. minimalistisch/ retro eingerichtet (nicht jeder mag Luxus), sehr freundl. Personal, nimmt sich Zeit bei Fragen, gibt Anregungen und Informationen (auch „Geheimtipps“),
Deckenventilator, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank,…
sehr gute Lage (Aufzug, Geschäfte, Bars, Bäcker, Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, top Anbindung an sämtl. Öffies, viel Sehenswertes auch fußläufig in der Nähe,…)

Öffis vor der Tür, freundlicher Service, stadtnahe Lage

Cons:

Safe war leider kaputt und konnte nicht genutzt werden, im Zimmer war’s sehr warm, vor allem Nachts (ohne Klimaanlage, nur Deckenventilator)
