Broken link with check-in codes and instructions
Cons:

Property is accessed via PINs to open the main door and the room door, both are shared via a link distributed by email. When I arrived in the afternoon to drop my stuff the link worked just fine. Coming back after my dinner late at night, the link did not work. Since I did not save/remember the PINs and the phone support works only until 9pm, I was not able to enter the room and needed find a different place to stay.

Great value
Pros:

The room was a good value.

Cons:

My room, room 1, needs a better pillow.

Also I requested to check in late and it was declined. There was no reason to decline bc there was NO staff on site--ever. No one knew i was there on time, later or not at all. They should just said yes.
