Es war ein sehr gelungener Pragaufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Kommunikation war, obwohl sie nur über Emails war, sehr verständlich und präzise. Dadurch gab es keine Verzögerungen.

Für eine Unterkunft ohne Rezeption waren auch der Komfort und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers einwandfrei und übertrafen die Erwartung. Es wirkte sehr durchdacht.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Auch die Frau, die am letzten Tag die Zimmer sauber machte, war sehr nett.

Cons:

Da ich Osteuropa liebe, das London- und das New York - Bild.

Das sind aber völlig unwichtige Kleinigkeiten.

Pros:

Propre et très bien situé dans une rue calme tout proche de la gare et du tram pour aller en 5 min dans le centre.

Cons:

Quand les voisins des autres chambres sont bruyants ça s’entend même si ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire.

Accused of breaking key and baby not welcome 😭
Pros:

I like the room, as it is spacious, and the same goes for its bathroom. Love the complimentary coffee and tea, and a convenient kettle for hot drinks access.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we followed through the check in instruction only to find a BROKEN KEY for the street door, at midnight. We were so cold, and mad that the owner didn't check and do regular maintenance since we had to wait another 15 minutes for assistance.

TO OUR SURPRISED, THE OWNER BLAMED US FOR BREAKING THE KEY! I guess it's hard for them to believe in tourists or strangers. As much as we tried to explain the original condition of the key we got in our hand, they would still gaslight and accused us of breaking the key. What a bad first experience in the country 😭

Also, they don't welcome babies although they said children of all ages are welcome. If you had a baby, even if they are only 1 year old, you'll need to put in the reservation, but you couldn't book 1 room, the system had it set for you to book 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 beds for a parent and a baby. Ridiculous!

We ourselves booked 1 room, but still brought the baby (like, of course) and had to pay an extra €10 per night. So, if you are traveling with a baby, just avoid this place. Getting scolded by the owner IS NOT WORTH IT, when you just want to have fun traveling.

Pros:

距離火車站後站滿近，適合隔天要趕早班車！性價比高，老闆在門口還有放滿藍蘋果糖果可以吃！

Cons:

要開三道鎖才能進到房間，冬天日光時間比較短，要摸黑開鎖，獨旅的話，會比較擔心花比較長的時間進到房間

Nous avons apprécié le Quartier sympathique, typique du pays, proche toutes commodités, a disposition tout pour petit déjeuner café, thé... Endroit calme pour cette immense ville.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié un matelas plus dur mais on a fait avec.😉

Pros:

Арендовала эту комнату 3 дня и 3 ночи. Как приезжаешь, хозяин помещения высылает код от бокса, берешь ключи и заходишь. Комната очень просторная, уютная, отопление добавляешь, когда находишься в ней и убавляешь , когда уходишь с помощью регулятора на батарее. Кровать супер удобная, после долгих прогулок высыпались на все 100.Душевая чистая, хорошо работает. Отмечу, что полотенца, оставленные чистые и достаточно новые, как и постель. В этом видна забота. Внутри есть чай на выбор, чайник.
Хозяина видели за все время лишь раз и то случайно наткнулись. Абсолютно не досаждает. До травмая близко и часто ходят в этом районе, до вокзала 1 остановка. Это огромный плюс. Остальные достопримечательности тоже близко, не тратишь много времени на дорогу. .Ни разу не пожалела , что сняла эту комнату. Всем рекомендую
