Kamer is simpel maar netjes voor de prijs zeker goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Σε γενικές γραμμες ολα καλα !!!!
Pros:

Το μεγαλο υπνοδωματιο, η ησυχια ,το μπανιο, η καθημερινη καθαριοτητα .η περιοχη ηταν πολυ ωραια ,η μετακινηση με τα μεσα μεταφορας πολυ ευκολή.

Cons:

χρειαζετε απαραίτητα ενα μικρο ψυγείο, τα μικρα κρεβατια θελουν συντήρηση ,το ενα ετριζε υπερβολικά ,
το κτήριο που βρίσκεται η πανσιόν εσωτερικά θέλει ανακαίνηση ,το δωμάτιο ηταν μια χαρα .

Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino al tram D e anche alla linea U4.

Staff molto gentile, soprattutto la receptionist donna.

Cons:

La struttura esterna è veramente fatiscente, fortunatamente le stanze e la pensione in sé sono più curate.
La pulizia è quella che vede mia suocera, peggio per le lenzuola del letto. Ti danno solo due asciugamani, nessuna delle due è veramente quella grande da doccia.
La Tv non è abilitata per Netflix.

Il cuscino era talmente senza imbottitura che averlo o meno non faceva differenza.

Il peggio è che le pareti sono così sottili che senti anche quando quello della stanza accanto o di fronte apre l'acqua. Per dormire è un incubo se nelle stanze accanto continuano a parlare, è come averli nel letto accanto a te.

Buona posizione con Tram e Metro a 5-10minuti a piedi e ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. La nostra camera era ampia e pulita.

Cons:

Colazione essenziale con poca scelta.
Reception non sempre aperta e con orari non ben precisati: comunque ci si accorda con il personale per check-in e check-out e c'è numero per contattarli in caso di necessità (per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno).

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro i tramwaj. Do ścisłego centrum 10-15 minut piechotą.
Okolica raczej cicha i spojkojna jak na środek miasta.
Pokój wystarczająco duży.
Pod pensjonatem parking miejski w cenie 4E za dzień (po ustaleniu w recepcji).

Cons:

Śniadania nie są przesadnie bogate, 2 bułki i pakowane produkty.

Un hôtel sympathique dans un quartier parfait.
Pros:

La situation, proche du métro et du tramway, était parfaite.
Joli quartier, aux très beaux immeubles, rue piétonne et beaucoup de cafés et restaurants tranquilles, on peut y sortir le soir sans crainte.
Il est possible de petit déjeuner, style continental allemand, mais j’ai largement préféré aller à côté dans les divers cafés intimes et boulangeries qui proposaient des fournées fraîches de pains et croissants et des cafés variés, et chacun leur combinaison du matin, beaucoup de viennois/es petit déjeunent dehors.
Ce n’est pas un hôtel à étoiles mais une série de chambres bien tenues à l’ambiance familiale : on se sent chez soi dans cette maison cossue du début du siècle, au murs épais et doubles fenêtres, donnant sur une grande cour avec de grands arbres, c’est dire si c’est calme.
À l’arrivée, il faut monter au premier étage pour s’enregistrer, «mezzanine», il y a un ascenseur.
Accueil sympathique et bonnes explications du personnel.

Overall nice experience, I would happily return there next time.
Pros:

Great (central) location, quiet street, nice classic building, spatious room.

Cons:

Some furniture and equipment could be replaced to make the room look even better. The view to a narrow yard was a bit depressing -- but we were lucky to at least find a room last minute.
