Velmi ochotná paní na recepci, vše připraveno, parkování přímo před hotelem

Accueil du soir peu agréable et le check-in tardif nous a été facturé.
Hôtel vétuste et peu commode, on ne dirait pas un hôtel. Pas bien situé.
Mal isolé, nous avons eu froid.
On avait réservé 2 nuits mais on a préféré partir au bout de la 1ère nuit.

Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig und Servicepersonal leider sehr unfreundlich

Abgesehen davon, dass die Zimmer unbedingt renoviert werden sollten, haben wir leider einen sehr schlechten Service im Hotel White House erlebt:
1. Das Hotel hat deutlich mehr Geld abgebucht. So wurden ingesamt mehr als 50€ mehr abgebucht, als der bei Booking deklarierte Preis.
2. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb und es gibt kein Restaurant im Gebäude. Das Personal teilte uns mit, dass wir in das 350 m entfernte Restaurant gehen könnten, das in Wirklichkeit ca. 1km entfernt ist.
3. Nachdem wir am Wochenende um 9:00 Uhr keine Sitzplätze mehr beim Frühstück bekommen haben, warteten wir bis 9:30 Uhr, um zum Frühstück zu gehen. Auf die Nachfrage, ob wir eventuell noch ein Ei bekommen könnten (da es keine mehr gab), wurde uns nur gesagt, dass wir zu spät beim Frühstück sind und ab 9:30 Uhr gäbe es nichts mehr. Und das, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr sein sollte. Dazu kam, dass wir lautstark dazu aufgefordert worden sind, unser Geschirr abzuräumen. Das Servicepersonal hat nur auf Tschechisch mit uns gesprochen und es wurde uns ins Gesicht gelacht, als wir gesagt haben, dass das kein guter Service sei.
Wir würden diesen Hotel absolut NICHT empfehlen.
