The room was dirty in every way. The bed was in the worst possible condition. There was a terrible smell in the room. The bed sheets were stained. It was a nightmare.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. We specifically chose it because it advertised parking facilities, yet upon arrival we discovered that there were no parking spaces available at all. Advertising amenities that cannot actually be provided is misleading and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, we booked and paid for a room with a double bed, only to be told on arrival that no such room was available. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds, which was not what we reserved.
When we requested to cancel the booking due to the hotel’s failure to provide the room type we had booked, the staff refused. We were left with no reasonable solution despite the fact that the hotel did not deliver the services it had advertised and confirmed.
The customer service was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the entire experience felt badly managed. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value honesty, professionalism, and receiving what you actually paid for, look elsewhere.

Pěkná vyhlídka při snídani. Personál fajn.

Cons:

Cena / výkon. Přeplácané vybavení. V koupelně se nedalo hnout. Prodlužovací el. kabely v pokoji na zdi. V jídelně ovládání světel přilepeno lepící páskou k zábradlí. Plastové kytky všude. Staré pečivo při snídani. Ještě doplácet za parkoviště, pří 2200 Kč za noc v týdnu. ??.

Pros:

The room was nice and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I had a room with the balcony with a separate outside entrance, and both nights I was woken up at midnight by loud noise made by guests from the other rooms. The hall stank of cigarette smoke almost the entire time.

Die Kunstschätze Prags waren den Aufwand wert.
Pros:

Die grüne Umgebung trotz Fluglärms. Ansonst wäre es sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Die vom Stadtkern sehr weit entfernte u. von der Metro Station umständlichen Fussweg (10-15 Min. ab-u. aufwärts steigende Treppenwege) mit mehrmaligen Abbiegungen.
