Honest front staff
Pros:

The front staff is very nice, communicates well and is honest.


Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The person at the breakfast station was very nice.

Cons:

The place is far. You would be better off having a car.

The shower and hand held was not planned properly. The water itself jets out fast which is good, but the actual stream is way above your head and it cannot be adjusted.

We will not go back to the hotel only because it was very far from the Metro.

The restaurant that we were referred to, down the hill, Turnovská pivnice, needs an overhaul of the staff. They are judgemental and ridiculous. Prices are very expensive at that restaurant.

Malá recenze
Pros:

S ubytováním jsem byl velmi spokojený. Pokoj byl čistý, příjemný a vše odpovídalo mým očekáváním. Oceňuji také příjemný přístup personálu a celkovou atmosféru hotelu. Pobyt jsem si užil a rád se sem při další návštěvě znovu vrátím. Mohu jen doporučit.

Cons:

Jedinou menší nevýhodou byla lokalita a s ní spojený hluk. V blízkém okolí je poměrně vysoká hustota automobilové dopravy a vzhledem k tomu, že se několik kilometrů od hotelu nachází letiště, je občas slyšet také hluk leteckých motorů. Nejde však o problém samotného hotelu, spíše o vlastnost daného místa.

Якщо на пару днів, то непоганий варіант.
Pros:

Пані на рецепції була дуже привітна, намагалася розмовляти зрозумілою для нас мовою. Детально описала правила проживання, та де рано знайти їдальню. Номери маленькі та чисті. Сніданок смачний.

Cons:

Велика проблема з паркінгом. Далеко від центру.

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Frühstück war im Keller. Das Hotel ist nicht für Behinderte eingerichtet.

Splnilo to očakávania, perfektne raňajky, veľký výber jedla, personál prispôsobil čas raňajok ako sme potrebovali. Personál bol veľmi príjemný.
Krasna záhrada, bazén k dispozícii aj so saunou.

Cons:

Prach na izbe, mäkkosť postelí.

Unterkunft ok, Service schlecht.
Pros:

Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Vorsicht, die Unterkunft rechnet mit eigenen Wechselkurs, dadurch zahlt man etwa 10% mehr als der Euro-Preis im Booking.
Kein Service beim Frühstück, man räumt selbst das Geschirr ab.
Der Weg zur Metro sind knapp 1 km , man braucht 12-15 min.
