This hotel is located on a city square near the statue of Alexander the Great.
The best thing about this hotel was the receptionist. He was very helpful, kind and informative. He was there all the time.
The parking was a problem but the receptionist told us where to park across the road.
We came to see the waterfalls and a bit of the city. We liked it very much. People are quite kind and friendly.
Too bad we could not find a souvenir shop that was open.
There were road constructions when we got there so it was dusty and noisy.
The room was large but outdated. Central AC could use a good cleaning. The glass screen on the bathtub had no seal strip on the bottom so the water was leaking on the floor.
There is a small 24 hour store across the road so there were people coming and going the whole night. There was quite a ruckus in the middle of the night because of some drunk people in front of that store.
Everything was great. The room was clean with new furniture and it had great view to the monument of Alexander the Great.The staff was polite and tried to help us with whatever was needed.The hotel is located in the very center of the city. It is impossible to find parking nearby. But everything else was great. We would come to this hotel again.
Hotel is located in the middle of everything. It’s a few minutes away from the main shopping/restaurant area and less than 10 minutes from the glorious waterfall. The room I had was really large, as was the bathroom/shower. I also enjoyed sitting on my balcony in the evening and taking in the city’s energy. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions.
Only 3 parking spots out front and NO parking lots anywhere. I had to park on a random street about 7 minutes away and hoped that the car wouldn’t be ticketed/towed by the next morning.
The streets around the hotel are also being renovated. The drilling seems to be done, so no jackhammering really, but there is noise from the construction trucks/machinery, although to be fair the noise was very faint when the balcony door was shut.

The mattress on the bed was rock hard, needed a pillow top to soften it up.

There is an extremely loud ventilation system somewhere in the yard or a house nearby. We could only sleep because we were so tired and a little drunk.

Excellent value for money. It's a very basic hotel, but everything is very clean and well cared for. The staff are very kind, and the hotel is well located.
Nothing worked nor the toilet nit the shower not the aircon and it was disgustingly dirty the staff are absolute liars and make up excuses too expensive will never ever go there again.
