Solides Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, extra abschließbarer Abstellraum für Fahrräder

Cons:

Das Frühstück war klein aber fein wenn man nur ein paar Tage Aufenthalt hat. Bei 9 Nächten war es aber doch sehr eintönig, man hätte problemlos alle paar Tage mal die Wurst und Käseauswahl verändern können. Für ein ausgezeichnetes Fischrestaurant fehlte dieser beim Frühstück gänzlich. Bei der Bitte vllt mal ein frisches Spiegelei zu bekommen wurde dem auch nur sehr widerwillig nachgekommen. Auch für die Kleinen war nicht sehr viel dabei. Mal ein paar Waffeln oder andere Cornflakes Auswahl wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
Desweiteren war bei der Buchung 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind 6 Jahre kein Hinweis darauf dass ein Zustellbett nochmal 30 € extra pro Tag gekostet hätte(vllt habe ich es auch überlesen). Dies fand ich dann schon sehr überteuert.
Auch die Rezeption war nur früh morgens besetzt, andernfalls musste man sich beim Restaurantpersonal melden, die aber auch nicht auf alles eine Antwort hatten.
Für das Abendessen konnte man auch das hauseigene Restaurant in Anspruch nehmen. Auch hier waren die Preise im Vergleich zu umliegenden Restaurants ziemlich hoch. Alles in allem ein solides Hotel, was aber hauptsächlich von der Lage lebt. Für den Preis fehlte noch das gewisse Extra.

Fijne vakantie gehad, ondanks de hitte, het gebied rond de Bodensee is gewoon prachtig.
Pros:

De locatie met een eigen strandje aan de Bodensee is fantastisch, de mensen zijn vriendelijk en het is er schoon.
Je kunt er erg lekker eten (5 dagen in de week),wel reserveren, het restaurant is vaak volgeboekt.

Cons:

Door de hitte overdag was het erg warm op de kamer, er is geen airco. Na vragen hebben we wel een ventilator gekregen. Het zou fijn zijn als deze zonder te vragen werden aangeboden.

Een verbeterpuntje: Er wordt geen persoonlijk contact vanuit het hotel, er is niemand die vraagt hoe het bevalt, of je het naar de zin hebt ( wij hebben er toch 7 nachten geslapen).
Je verblijft tamelijk anoniem in het hotel.
Ook de receptie is maar een paar uur per dag bereikbaar.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage und Umgebung

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug.
Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr klein, genauso wie die Bad/Duschzimmer.
Im Sommer, bei hohen Temperaturen ist in der Nacht im Zimmer sehr, sehr heiss, fast unerträglich.
Frühstück ist mässig.

Die Zimmer sind nicht Klimatisiert. Leider war es sehr heiß und man konnte nicht gut schlafen.Ausserdem fehlte eine Abluft im WC.

Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Auf Sauberkeit wird viel Wert gelegt. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Gutes Essen im Restaurant.

Empfang war recht kühl und hat uns das Gefühl vermittelt nicht willkommen zu sein...
Obwohl keine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht wahr...mit Nicht Stören Schild an der Tür, war jemand im Zimmer...wir hatten 2 mal abgeschlossen, nach Rückkehr nicht mehr

Spacious stay with lake view on the Bodensee
Pros:

Lovely location on the Bodensee. Lakeview from the balcony. Spacious two-bedroom suite. Good breakfast. Nice to be able to swim in the lake and walk to some restaurants and to the boat pier for the boats to Stein am Rhein and Konstanz.

Cons:

No coffee machine (could ask for it in the reception). There was a water boiler, but no cups. I am sure we could have gotten some had we asked for it in the reception/restaurant. But for such a nice hotel, it could have been there to start with. There were wine glasses, beer glasses and normal glasses. And overall a very nice stay.

Cons:

There was an instruction manual for a coffee machine in the drawer, but no machine. Also no kettle.
