Pros:

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την ρεσεψιόν που θα έπρεπε να αλλάξει επάγγελμα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης προσπάθησε να μπαλώσει την αλητεία της ρεσεψιονιστριας, αλλά ήταν αργά. Δυσανάλογη σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής.

Cons:

Τα πάντα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ρεσεψιονιστα. Θα έπρεπε να βρίσκεται στη θέση του κηπουρού ώρες να έρχεται σε επαφή με πελάτες γιατί δυσφημεί το ξενοδοχείο
