Lage top, Essen Top, Personal nicht so freundlich.

Das Hotel ist schön

Cons:

Das Personal beim Abendessen und Frühstück sehr nett Aber die Chefs/Rezeption waren nicht wirklich nett, hier merkt man nicht die Österreichische Herzlichkeit.

We arrived on vacation and felt like we left a home.
Pros:

We loved this property from the moment we walked in! We were greeted by the family owners and introduced to the wonderful bar staff. Miguel, Nandor, Jesper and Nicole showed us world class hospitality at every turn. We stayed for 7 nights and have decided to make it a yearly trip.

Отличная четверка, одна из лучших в Ишгле. Удивил халф борд с выбором блюд и к тому же очень вкусно. В общем очень хорош

Zeer teleurstellend door falend arrogant management

Management en keuken vielen enorm tegen.
Voor een 4 sterren hotel verwacht je niet dagelijks een zelfde keuze aan gerechten te krijgen waarbij je kleine porties krijgt en nog kleiner als het restaurant druk is en gerechten bestaande uit vlees en friet, daarvoor kan je ook naar de lokale snackbar
Daarbij heeft het drinkende management aan de bar prioriteit over de betalende gasten. waar al voor jaren slechte reviews over management op alle sites staan over dit hotel was duidelijk te zien dat ze hier niks mee doen aangezien het nog steeds orde van de dag is
Jammer, want het hotel zelf ziet er mooi uit en locatie is geweldig, maar de arrogantie van het management en de waardeloze keuken is zeker geen 4 sterren waard, zelf heb ik van velen 3 sterren hotels kunnen genieten die wel weten wat klantvriendelijkheid is en zeker met betere keukens waarbij een kok meer inspiratie had
Zonde van je geld, ik raad dit hotel heel erg af

Das Essen war gut und die Ausstattung war sehr schön. Niki an der Bar hat uns freundlich bewirtet.

Cons:

Wir wurden etwas unfreundlich an der Reception begrüsst und die Möglichkeit mit dem Auto parken war ein ständiges Thema. Wir mussten für die Parkgarage mehr bezahlen, da wir bereits um 8.30 Uhr dort waren und nicht erst um 10 Uhr.
