Excellent location, nice large room with an ultra comfy bed and all the expected amenities. Nice breakfast with lots of variety and amazing staff throughout our stay.

αναφέρει ότι είναι Pet friendly αλλα ο σκύλος μας μπορουσε να μπει μονο στο δωμάτιο. Δεν επιτρεπόταν στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Παρόλο που στο χώρο του πρωινού ήταν μονο 2 τραπέζια γεμάτα και καθίσαμε πισω κοντά στην πόρτα, μας έβγαλαν να φάμε πρωινο στο χώρο της πισινας στους 10 βαθμους. (ήμουν μαζι με την 5χρονη κόρη μου). Παρεπιμπτόντως κανενας ένοικος του ξενοδοχείου δεν παραπονέθηκε. Ο χώρος που μας έβαλαν ήταν γεματος πράγματα, σαν υπαίθρια αποθηκη. Εαν ήταν να φάμε έξω θα πηγαίναμε σε ένα πιο οικονομικό ξενοδοχείο και θα τρώγαμε στην πλατεία της Σπάρτης. Όταν μιλησα σχετικα στη reception μου είπε ότι αυτή είναι η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου μας. Καλό είναι τότε να μην λένε ότι είναι pet friendly.
The location was perfect but the breakfast not so good
Breakfast and some stuff wasn’t very helpful
very basic-the staff were lovely but the breakfast was not great.
The room had cockroaches, one on the bed and one in the bathroom. It was late and I went downstairs to let them know however it did seem like it was a hassle to come up and change the sheets since the cleaning staff were not there to do it. There was no profuse apology or an offer to change rooms.....not sure if the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly either and my daughters decided to use my bathroom instead.

Great location. Beautiful foyer. The women on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The blonde lady who helps with breakfast was an absolute joy. She is such an asset to the hotel.
The rooms need a bit of an update. Furnishings are quite tired.
There were no spare blankets and no kettle in the rooms. There really does need to be a kettle in each room. I have never stayed in a hotel that lacks such a basic amenity.
The wifi doesn’t work at all in the rooms; only in the foyer, which was very frustrating.
Dinner service downstairs was very slow.
