Cons:

Hotel se deklarise sa 5* i cjenovno je za uslugu koju ocekujem za takav hotel, medjutim, neuredan, dotrajao i odavno zreo za renoviranje. Ocekivali smo uslugu na nivou hotelu sa 5*, a docekali su nas jednolicna hrana, guzva na bazenu i nemogucnost da nadjete lezaljku, takodjer privatna plaza je otvorena i moguce je da svako ko plati bude na istoj. Minibar je ocajan.

Ein schönes und modernes Hotel mit viel Potenzial, jedoch mit Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Organisation und Kommunikation
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen und insgesamt haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige organisatorische Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Insbesondere der Zimmerwechsel war für uns eher umständlich und hätte besser organisiert bzw. kommuniziert werden können. Zusätzlich wurden wir vom Hotel zu einem À-la-carte-Essen eingeladen. Wir haben uns diesbezüglich mehrmals beim Hotel gemeldet, um einen Termin bzw. weitere Informationen zu erhalten, jedoch leider keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen. Das fanden wir sehr schade, da das Angebot vom Hotel selbst kam und wir uns darauf gefreut hatten.

Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. A special thanks to Noel, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was also good. Extremely beautiful sea view from our room.

The property is in need of some renovation and could benefit from a few updates.

Nicht ganz übersichtlich was man als all inklusive gast für Getränke hat. Die Auswahl war sehr sehr wenig.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Pizzen und die Desserts haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Das Essen war insgesamt enttäuschend. Asser den Pizzen und den Desserts waren die meisten Gerichte kalt und es gab jeden Tag fast die gleichen 2–3 Speisen, obwohl es sich um ein All-Inclusive-Hotel handelt. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt. Ausserdem war das WLAN sehr langsam und oft kaum nutzbar.
