Würde ich wieder reservieren.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Aussicht wunderbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Die Lage liegt etwas abseits der Stadt, wodurch man wunderbar seine Ruhe hat und entspannen kann. Auch das Essen war vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Für Familien mit Kindern oder Jugendlichen wäre es jedoch angenehm gewesen, wenn es zumindest einen Spielbereich oder entsprechende Aktivitäten gegeben hätte.

Pros:

Ankunft & Check-in
Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde deutlich, dass im Hotel Regina Blue Gastfreundschaft grossgeschrieben wird. Obwohl wir rund 4–5 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-in eintrafen, reagierte das Hotelpersonal äusserst flexibel und zuvorkommend.
Uns wurde freundlich erklärt, wie wir die Zeit bis zum Zimmerbezug nutzen konnten. Die gesamte Hotelanlage stand uns bereits zur Verfügung – inklusive Strand, Pool, Liegestühlen und allgemeinen Hotelbereichen.
Zimmer & Unterbringung
Da wir früh angereist und zu fünft unterwegs waren, benötigten wir zwei Zimmer. Auch hier zeigte sich das Personal sehr engagiert und bemühte sich, uns auf einem Stockwerk unterzubringen. Als besonderes Entgegenkommen erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf zwei Suite-Zimmer, zum gleichen Preis wie die ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer.
Service & Personal
Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant begegnete uns das gesamte Personal stets höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Individuelle Wünsche, wie beispielsweise nach Wein oder Saucen, wurden sofort und ohne Umstände erfüllt. Die Umsetzung erfolgte schnell und professionell.
Das Essen war durchgehend gut und sättigend. Wir konnten die Mahlzeiten in angenehmer Atmosphäre geniessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der flexible und serviceorientierte Umgang mit Sonderwünschen.
Zimmerqualität & Sauberkeit
Die Suite-Zimmer waren modern, sauber und gepflegt. Das Reinigungspersonal verdient ein grosses Lob – auch hier zeigte sich ein hoher Standard.
Fazit
Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Regina Blue positiv überrascht und rundum zufrieden. Die Kombination aus Gastfreundschaft, Flexibilität und hoher Servicequalität war beeindruckend.

It has potential, it just needs better staff
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful interior design and great location, also great beach in front. Restaurant and beach bar staff is very friendly

Cons:

The reception staff was rude. We came directly from another beach to check in to this hotel and my boyfriend and friend were carrying beach towels etc. The reception couldn't tell they were with me and started laughing about them and then when I told them they are with me, they looked embarrassed and tried to justify it by saying oh we were not expecting any more guests which is a dumb reply. Also why would that be funny. Also the restaurant is right in front of the pool. We were having dinner and the pool guy decided to throw a bunch of chemicals in the pools while people were having drinks and food around it. We started coughing and basically couldn't eat our food anymore. Everybody had to move. The waiter did offer to move our table a bit further from the pool but that stuff was already in our food. Also our room had a hornet nest on the balcony which seemed to not have any more hornets in them but still the price you pay that should not be there.

Les communes sont très bien décoré. La piscine est belle même si petite. La plage a un accès direct

Communiquant avec les autres chambres pas de séparation.
Salle de bain
Presque pas d eau chaude. L eau inonde la salle de bain quand on se lave.
Chambre
Pas de poubelle. Télé des année 80. Télécommande où il faut appuyer 15 fois avant que ça fonctionne. Pas de connexion au téléphone.
La wifi limite inexistante.
Chambre lit double = chambre avec lit simple collé.
Piscine
Siège salle et très peu de place
Petit déjeuner
Pas de tasse mais gobelet en carton. Les jus sont limité du sirop.
Pas beaucoup de choix pour un buffet aussi grand.
Le café est fait dans un distributeur de café et non une machine à café donc pas bon.
