Pros:

Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. The reception is open 24h. The neighbourhood is very nice with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. The room was good for the affordable price. The breakfast was good with a lot of vegetarian options, and the view from the terrace is very cool.

Cons:

The only negative thing was the mattress, a bit too hard for me (personal preference) :)

Pros:

Definately a memorable stay for travelers who enjoy places with character. The location may not suit everyone, but for those curious about authentic neighborhoods, it provides a real sense of local Athens rather than a polished tourist zone. The surrounding streets have plenty of personality and everyday life, which I appreciated.
That said, the area is quite hilly with many stairs, so I would not recommend it for people with leg problems or for families traveling with small children. Getting around can be physically demanding.
From the room, the panorama over Athens and specially Acropol, was amazing. The rooftop breakfast area also has a beautiful view, making mornings particularly enjoyable. Breakfast itself was fairly basic and we endid up going loval bakeries for morning coffee.

Overall, I would recommend Orion & Dryer Hotel to curious travelers who value atmosphere and local feeling over convenience. The views and the neighborhood’s authentic character make it a special place to stay.
Please keep in mind that this is a 2* hotel and a good one for the value.

Godny polecenia nocleg w centrum Aten
Pros:

Hotel jest 2*, więc nie oczekiwałam złotych klamek:-) Natomiast bardzo pozytywnie oceniamy swój pobyt. Pokój był mały, ale wystarczający, jako miejsce, które służyło głównie do spania. Bardzo czysto, zarówno w pokoju, jak i w łazience. Co drugi dzień wymiana ręczników. Było ciepło, do tego mieliśmy do przykrycia normalną kołdrę, a nie tylko prześcieradło. Wszystko zgadzało się z opisem. W hotelu jest możliwość przechowania bagażu, ale nam się udało i pomimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu pokój był gotowy i mogliśmy się wprowadzić. Sama lokalizacja, chociaż może nie wyglądać super, jest ok, było bezpiecznie i spokojnie. Do centralnych punktów do 20-30min spacerem, ale jest też komunikacja w pobliżu. Do tego restauracje, bary, pod hotelem piekarnia i kiosk. No i super taras z pięknym widokiem!

Drugi put smo bili u ovom hotelu i oba puta smo veoma zadovoljni. Hotel je u mirnom delu grada, postoje svi neophodni uslovi za prijatan boravak. Doručak je dobar uz divan pogled na Akropolj. Ljubazno osoblje i veoma dobar odnos između kvaliteta i cene
