Very friendly staff, they always wanted to help and make us feel comfortable.
1.The food - never had worse food in a hotel in my life. What was left from breakfast - was put in to the launch meals - half of the food was uneatable. Some was old and spoiled. Many processed food and also imitation products - fake cheese with palm oils, etc. The food was almost the same every day. Snacks by the pool - most cheaper ready made cake - every single day + most cheaper ice cream I have ever tried..The same cake for breakfast too.
2.The cleaning. It was very dirty under the beds, the kids lost a toy and when we looked under the beds - it wasn't cleaned there for years :( The cleaning was only to throw away the garbage. I never heard of a vacuum cleaner. It was very noisy, I was hearing everything from the hallway and the other rooms.
3. The drinks - only fountain drinks - again most cheaper ones. The alcohol I only smelled, it was garbage. Only the beer was ok.
4. A very expensive taxi to go anywhere. And the location is very far from everything - no bus stop , no shops, no restaurants
Excellent hotel for the money with a really lovely big pool.
I can't emphasize enough how much the experience is spoiled by the desperate music played at the pool. This is the only downside I have as the staff themselves were really lovely and helpful and the pool itself is excellent. All they need now is a Spotify membership to cater for all tastes.
Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Zimmer waren völlig in Ordnung und werden aller 2 Tage gereinigt. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Poolbar. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und nicht überlaufen. Preise für 2 Liegen und Schirm 14 €. Um das Hotel ist nicht viel los, daher ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gute Lage für tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung.
Das Essen und Getränke (AI) war nicht unser Fall (für den Preis darf man natürlich kein 5 Sterne Essen erwarten) Hatten uns mehr regionale Speisen gewünscht. Täglich Pommes, Nudeln und Reis, hatten wir nach wenigen Tagen satt und sind meist auswärts Essen gewesen. Es gab natürlich auch andere Speisen zur Auswahl. Fehlende Milch/Kakao zum Frühstück haben wir uns gekauft.

Location was good and staff were helpful.
Food was awful and local drinks were poor we couldn’t even drink the soft drinks never mind the alcohol. If self catering is available no all inclusive like them the location is ideal for the beach and pool area is nice. Rooms very basic.

Non mi e piaciuto niete da mangiare non c'era quasi niente solo polo tutti giorni
Niekas nepatiko.
Maistas labai blogas, teko eiti į gretimas tavernas. Maisto asortimentas labai mažas. Kambariuose apiplyšę ir sulūžę baldai. Kambariai be garso izoliacijos- viskas girdisi kas vaikšto koridoriuose. Dušo gelių nepapildė, teko pirkti savo. Dušo kabina atvira, išsimaudžius tualeto grindys pilnos vandens tai tenka patiems plauti grindis , džiovinti grindų kilimėlį.
Všechno. Personál, bazén, pool bar, obsluha, jídlo. Vše skvělé.
Nelíbilo se mi, že první dva dny jsme byli v jiném hotelu 😊.

Purtroppo non c'è nulla di vicino, il centro del paesino è composto da un paio di ristoranti e un supermarket ma se non si ha la macchina bisogna fare 30 minuti andata e altrettanti per il ritorno
I pasti si ripetono a pranzo e cena e offrono una scelta molto ridotta
Le camere non eccellono nella pulizia, la ragazza ha a disposizione solo una scopa, senza aspirapolvere. il cambio degli asciugamani avviene 4 volte a settimana ma i sanitari non vengono minimamente puliti rifanno solo il letto e ad orari non definiti ( alle 15 mentre la bambina e anche noi riposavamo)
Nel complesso è una struttura con del potenziale che però non viene assolutamente valorizzato.
Il mio consiglio è di prenotare senza all inclusive e affittare una macchina per poter girare l'isola!
